The device comprises a syringe () and safety means comprising a protective sheath () capable of adopting, relative to the syringe body, both an injection configuration in which the syringe needle () projects beyond said sheath, and a protection configuration in which the needle extends inside the sheath. The device includes a trigger member () enabling it to pass from the injection configuration to the protection configuration at the end of the injection stroke. It comprises means () for defining a first end-of-injection-stroke situation in which the trigger member () is unsuitable for causing the device to pass from the injection configuration to the protection configuration, and a second end-of-injection-stroke situation in which such passage is possible.

Needle safety shield

The invention comprises a syringe body () having a distal end (B) fitted with an injection needle (), at least one sheath () inside which the body is positioned, and a protective cap () able to be retained relative to the syringe body () to cover the needle () and be separate from this body to release the needle. The device comprises a non-return unit () able to oppose a refitting of the cap () in its protection position once the needle has been released. This non-return unit, for example, comprises an elastic lip () joined to the sheath or the cap.

A safety support device for a syringe comprises a support sheath () for the body () of the syringe and an inner sheath () suitable for sliding relative to the support sheath between a waiting, retracted position and the extended position for protecting the needle () of the syringe. The device has means for holding the syringe body () relative to the support sheath () and retaining means () suitable for being activated to retain g the inner sheath in the waiting, retracted position inside the support sheath and for being deactivated by the piston () of the syringe to allow the inner sheath () to extend into its protective, extended position.

Safety assembly for a syringe

The invention relates to a safe support device for a syringe, said support comprising a support sheath for the body of a syringe, and safety means which comprise an inner sheath suitable for sliding relative to said support sheath between a waiting retracted position, in which said inner sheath is substantially retracted inside said support sheath, and an active protection position, in which said inner sheath projects from said support sheath. The inner sheath has a free end portion formed by a flexible end-piece. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising such a safe support device and a syringe having a body, a piston and a needle disposed at one end of said body.

The invention relates to a device () for handling an article () such as a coil spring, and to an installation for handling an article.
