The present invention provides novel antigen binding peptides, such as an antibody or antibody fragment, that specifically bind to selective FXIa inhibitors and/or dual inhibitors of FXIa, and plasma kallikrein. The present invention further relates to methods of reducing the antithrombotic effect of FXIa inhibitors by administering to a subject a pharmaceutically effective dose of the antigen binding peptides provided herein. In addition, the present invention provides detection reagents and methods for detecting the level of the inhibitors of FXIa in a biological sample.

Antibodies and antigen binding peptides for factor XIa inhibitors and uses thereof

The present invention provides isolated monoclonal antibodies, particularly human antibodies, that bind to IP-10 with high affinity, inhibit the binding of IP-10 to its receptor, inhibit IP-10-induced calcium flux and inhibit IP-10-induced cell migration. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies of the invention, expression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing the antibodies of the invention are also provided. Immunoconjugates, bispecific molecules and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies of the invention are also provided. The invention also provides methods for inhibiting IP-10 activity using the antibodies of the invention, including methods for treating various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

IP-10 antibodies and their uses

Antibody polypeptides that specifically bind a novel epitope of human CD40 are provided. The antibody polypeptides do not exhibit CD40 agonist activity. The antibody polypeptides are useful in the treatment of diseases involving CD40 activation, such as autoimmune diseases.
