Multi-RET actuators include a plurality of shafts that have respective axially-drivable members mounted thereon. Each of axially-drivable member is mechanically linked to a respective one of a plurality of phase shifters. The multi-RET actuator further includes a motor having a drive shaft and a gear system that is configured to selectively couple the motor to the respective shafts. The gear system is configured so that rotation of the drive shaft in a first direction creates a mechanical linkage between the motor and a first of the shafts, and rotation of the drive shaft in a second direction that is opposite the first direction rotates the first of the shafts.

An apparatus includes an end cap capable of supporting numerous antenna configurations and securing connectors without the use of additional hardware. An end cap assembly for connecting a cable to the end cap comprises the end cap including one or more flanges, wherein each of the one or more flanges includes a plurality of edges defining a cavity, the plurality of edges being configured to mate with a portion of a connector, and a flange nut including a first plurality of serrations configured to mate with a second plurality of serrations on an outside of the end cap, wherein the flange nut and the flange are formed so as to allow for attachment of the cable to the end cap.

An actuator assembly for adjusting attributes of an antenna array. The actuator assembly provides a multi-RET actuator including a plurality of linear actuators, each including an actuator spur gear, a carriage assembly with an actuator drive motor mounted on a car and a nut attached to the car. A positioning motor is coupled to a lead screw and the nut is threaded onto the lead screw. The car travels on a guide so that the positioning motor and lead screw may be operated to bring the carriage assembly into engagement with a desired one of the linear actuators.

Aspects of the present disclosure may be directed to an end cap of a base station antenna for securing cable connectors to the end cap. The end cap may include a plurality of retaining assemblies formed integrally with the cap, and are dimensioned to retain a respective plurality of cable connectors to the end cap. The end cap may be capable of supporting numerous antenna models and configurations. The end cap may include molded features allowing for DIN connectors for various antenna models to be snapped into the end cap, without the use of other hardware and formed end bracket assemblies.

A solderless test fixture, including a conductive base, a clamp, and a connector is described. The conductive base has at least one cable groove with a cable grounding portion. A clamp is mounted on the base and associated with the cable groove. A connector is associated with the cable groove and has a solderless center terminal aligned with the cable groove and an outer shield being mechanically and electrically connected to the base.

Solderless PIM test fixture

An RF interconnection module includes a housing having a perimeter, a capacitive coupling, and a float gasket disposed about the perimeter of the housing. When the housing is mounted in an opening, the float gasket is positioned between the housing and the opening. The float gasket may be made of an elastomer material and may include a plurality of outwardly extending ribs for movable securing the gasket in the opening. In addition, a mount assembly includes a bracket assembly attachable to a tower-mounted equipment and at least one jumper cable having at least one ohmic connector for connecting to the tower-mounted equipment and at least one capacitive connector. The capacitive connector may comprise an RF interconnection module mounted on the bracket assembly. The bracket assembly may be adjustable to accommodate tower mounted equipment of various sizes.

Standard antenna interface

A modular wireless communications station includes a standard antenna interface, a wireless communications antenna, and a remote radio head. The standard interface includes an antenna mount for the wireless communications antenna and at least one radio head mount. The radio head mount includes at least one linear guided support structure. The wireless communications antenna includes a bracket configured to engage the antenna mount and at least one RF interconnection module, the wireless communications antenna being mounted on the antenna mount. The remote radio head(s) include a low friction car configured to engage the linear guided support structure of the standard interface and an RF connector configured to engage the RF interconnection module of the antenna. The remote radio head may slide into engagement with the antenna and locked into place.

A connector assembly is provided. In one example, the connector assembly includes a connector plate, a connector bracket, and a wiring set. The connector plate has a male connector shell and a female connector shell. The connector bracket has a male connector core and a female connector core. The connector bracket is dimensioned to be mounted on the connector plate with the male connector core disposed within the male connector shell and the female connector core disposed within the female connector shell. The wiring set is coupled to the male connector core and to the female connector core, and is further provides a pigtail connection.

A roller conveyor using a motorized drive roller has the drive roller located other than in the terminal roller position of conveyor zones. Damage to the motorized drive roller from overheating or impact loads is minimized.
