The invention provides compounds of formula (I): or a salt thereof as described herein. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of formula (I), processes for preparing compounds of formula (I), intermediates useful for preparing compounds of formula I and therapeutic methods for treating a Retroviridae viral infection including an infection caused by the HIV virus.

Compounds of Formula I, or salts thereof, are disclosed. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula I, processes for preparing compounds of Formula I, intermediates useful for preparing compounds of Formula I and therapeutic, methods for treating a Retroviridae viral infection, in particular infection caused by the HIV virus. 

Therapeutic compounds

Pyridazine compound and use thereof

The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment or prevention of viral infections comprising as an active principle at least one imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine prodrug having the general Formula (A) wherein the substituents are described in the specification.
