In one implementation, a fluid injection system for wellhead sites includes a platform, a pump manifold mounted to the platform, and a pair of rails mounted to the platform. The fluid injection system includes a trolley disposed between the pair of rails and above the pump manifold. The trolley is movable along the pair of rails. The fluid injection system includes an articulation arm device mounted to the trolley. The articulation arm device includes one or more pivot joints coupled between two or more arms, and a connection device coupled to an end arm of the two or more arms.

Fluid injection systems, apparatus, and methods including flexible hoses for wellhead sites

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to crane systems and pump manifold systems, and related methods, for pumping operations (such as frac operations). In one or more embodiments, a pump manifold system includes a plurality of connection blocks, a plurality of conduits coupled between the plurality of connection blocks, and a crane system. The crane system includes a base, and a first crane coupled to the base and configured to extend relative to a first side of the at least one conduit. The first crane is pivotable relative to the at least one conduit.

The connection block includes a second end hub opposing the first end hub. The second end hub has a second tube and a second outer shoulder extending outwardly relative to the second tube. The connection block includes one or more faces between the first end hub and the second end hub.

In one implementation, a fluid injection system for wellhead sites includes a pump, a pump manifold, and a flexible hose coupled between the pump and the pump manifold. The flexible hose includes a first end coupled to the pump and a second end coupled to the pump manifold. The first end of the flexible hose includes a first end fitting coupled to the pump, and the first end fitting is oriented at an angle relative to a horizontal plane. The second end of the flexible hose includes a second end fitting coupled to the pump manifold, and the second end fitting is oriented vertically and perpendicularly to the horizontal plane.

Linear wellhead connection systems and related methods of pumping fluid into a plurality of wellheads. The linear wellhead connection system uses linear movement of an inlet conduit to transition between multiple discharge conduits that are connected to different wellheads to pump pressurized fluid from a manifold to the different wellheads. The inlet conduit is moveable in a linear direction along a track system relative to the discharge conduits.

In one implementation, a flexible hose apparatus includes a flexible hose and a hose body coupled to the flexible hose, the hose body including a threaded outer surface. The flexible hose apparatus includes a cap including an inner shoulder protruding inwardly relative to a first inner surface of the cap. The flexible hose apparatus also includes a removable end fitting disposed in engagement with the cap. The removable end fitting includes an end body that is monolithic. The end body includes a first end, a second end opposite of the first end, and a first outer shoulder adjacent the first end and disposed between the hose body and the inner shoulder of the cap.

A reciprocating piston of a positive displacement pump has a piston body with a plurality of cooling fins on one or more exterior surfaces of the piston body. A seal coupled to the piston body forms a seal with the walls of a cylinder in the positive displacement pump. A rod moves the piston within the cylinder to cause the displacement of fluid.
