According to one aspect, an optical lens includes a substrate having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The optical lens includes a first pattern of Fresnel features having a first focal length disposed on the first side and a second pattern of Fresnel features having a second focal length disposed on the second side. The first pattern of Fresnel features is disposed perpendicular to the second pattern of Fresnel features, and the first focal length is different from the second focal length.

Lighting device utilizing a double fresnel lens

A modular lighting system has lamps that may be connected to one another such that current is carried between the lamps. The lamps include an enclosure that is at least partially optically transmissive. At least one LED is located in the enclosure that is operable to emit light through the enclosure when energized through an electrical path. A first electrical connector is provided for connecting the electrical path to a power source and a second electrical connector is configured to connect the electrical path to a second lamp.

LED lamp and modular lighting system

A linear lighting device includes a body, a light source holder, and a light source. The body has a top portion, a bottom portion, and a rear portion. The light source holder has a holding member and an attachment member. The attachment member of the light source holder is secured to the rear portion of the body. Further, the light source is disposed on the holding member of the light source holder. A lighting device also includes a cover. The cover has a first end and a second end, and is movable between an open position and a closed position. The first end of the cover is pivotably secured to the bottom portion of the body and the second end of the cover is adapted to be fixedly secured to the top portion of the body.

Linear lighting device

A lighting fixture including a light-emitting arrangement having first and second ends. The light-emitting arrangement includes (a) at least one LED at the first end and (b) a heat sink connected to the at least one LED and having a length extending therefrom toward the second end. There are LED power circuitry components spaced from the light-emitting arrangement and positioned adjacent the second end of the light-emitting arrangement. The fixture includes an elongate tubular channel formed along the length of the heat sink and having wiring therein from the power-circuitry components to the LED(s).

Linear lighting fixture

A lighting fixture including a housing having an inner surface and open first and second ends formed by closed-perimeter first and second edges, respectively, and defining an elongate top-to-bottom open space. The first end forms a light opening. A light-emitting arrangement is positioned in the open space. The arrangement includes (a) at least one light emitter positioned for directing light toward the light opening and (b) a heat sink connected to the light emitter(s). The heat sink preferably has a plurality of heat-dissipation surfaces extending away from the light opening. The heat sink is configured and positioned in the open space to facilitate fluid-flow therealong and through the open space.

Lighting fixture

A modular LED unit having a number of LED modules separately mounted on individual interconnected preferably-extruded heat sinks, each heat sink having: a base configured to engage and hold an LED module in place and, in preferred forms, to facilitate the ganging of heat-sink/LED modules; and a plurality of fins, including inner-fins and side-fins, projecting from the opposite surface of the base and extending therealong, the side-fins having interlocking features to facilitate the ganging of heat-sink/module units together and, in preferred forms, to facilitate interconnection of the modular LED unit to other portions of a lighting fixture.
