A corpus of existing problem records that were previously assigned to problem record owners and grouped into documents based on their assigned problem record owners is accessed. Each document in the corpus has an assigned problem record owner. A document in the corpus that is most similar to the new problem record is identified. The identifying includes comparing text in the new problem record to text in the documents. The new problem record is assigned to the problem record owner that is assigned to the identified document.

Machine logic (for example, software) for estimating how much time it will take to find a parking space for a vehicle at a destination. The machine logic rules request historical data to initially train a machine learning algorithm for estimating how much time it will take to find a parking space, and then estimates how long it will take to find a parking space when provided with a set of parking factors for an intended destination and route.

Embodiments include methods, systems and computer program products for determining a safe driving speed for a vehicle. Aspects include obtaining a location and a direction of travel of the vehicle, obtaining one or more operating conditions of the vehicle, and obtaining historical accident data that corresponds to the location of the vehicle under operating conditions that are similar to the one or more conditions of the vehicle. Aspects also include analyzing, by a processor, the historical accident data to identify the safe driving speed for the vehicle, wherein the safe driving speed is determined to be a maximum speed that is associated with maximum acceptable risk of an accident and causing an indication of the safe driving speed to be displayed to an operator of the vehicle.

Methods, systems and computer program products for providing delayed condition-based email delivery are provided. Aspects include receiving a delayed delivery email including a delivery condition profile, the delayed delivery email being withheld from transmission to a recipient until the satisfaction of one or more conditions of the delivery condition profile. Aspects also include receiving one or more indications of a triggering activity. Responsive to determining that the one or more indications of triggering activity satisfy the one or more conditions of the delivery condition profile, aspects include transmitting the delayed delivery email to a recipient device associated with the recipient.

An augmented reality system is provided. Aspects includes a device comprising a user interface, a camera, and a controller, the controller operable to receive data associated with a repair item. The controller is further operable to capture, by the camera, media associated with the repair item and analyze the data and the media to determine a candidate repair component of the repair item, wherein the candidate repair component is located at a target location. The controller is further operable to provide, via the user interface, a repair method for repairing the candidate repair component at the target location.

The computer-implemented method includes creating, by a processor, a term frequency (TF) list for one or more documents of a corpus. The processor calculates an inverse document frequency (IDF) for each listed term. The processor calculates a TF-IDF for each listed term. The processor determines a similarity ranking for one or more documents of the corpus using a target similarity calculation using the TF-IDF for each listed term.
