A wastewater treatment system is provided having a pretreatment tank which receives wastewater from a wastewater source, and an aeration tank which is in fluid communication with the pretreatment tank. A recirculation pump is carried in the aeration tank and returns wastewater from the aeration tank to the pretreatment tank. The recirculation pump returns the wastewater according to a recirculation ratio R:I where R is the volumetric flow rate of wastewater through the recirculation pump and I is average volumetric flow rate of wastewater entering the pretreatment tank. A control panel cycles the recirculation pump on and off according to the recirculation ratio.

Nitrogen-reducing wastewater treatment system

A suctional cleaning system includes a drain line that drains a fluid. The drain line is fluidly coupled to a fluid source. A fitting is fluidly coupled to the drain line and the fluid passes through the fitting. A suction unit is selectively fluidly coupled to the fitting such that the suction unit is in fluid communication with the drain line. The suction unit suctionally cleans the drain line. Moreover, the suction unit selectively directs suction between the plurality of ports.

Suctional cleaning system

A flying vehicle in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main propeller and a propeller control mechanism for flying the vehicle. The main propeller includes a central base that permits the propeller control mechanism to be connected to the drive shaft. The propeller control mechanism includes a propeller hub and a lower hub with offset knobs that are connected by a link. A returning spring is sandwiched between the hubs and tends to return the hubs to the offset position when a change in a driving torque of the drive shaft causes them to move. The spring and link work in concert to change the pitch and height of the propeller blades while substantially unchanging the tip path plane of the propeller blades.

Directionally controllable flying vehicle and a propeller mechanism for accomplishing the same

A flying vehicle in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention includes a propeller control mechanism for flying the vehicle. The propeller control mechanism includes a propeller having a center shaft for connecting to the drive shaft; first and second propeller blades extending from the center shaft; and a control mechanism including a first linkage connecting the center shaft to the first propeller blade and a second linkage connecting the center shaft to a region defined on the propeller, wherein a change in a driving torque of the drive shaft causes the first linkage and the second linkage to change the pitch and height of the propeller blades while substantially unchanging the tip path plane of the propeller blades.

A wastewater treatment system for processing borne wastewater. The treatment system having a tank with an inlet and an outlet and an access assembly residing at the top of the treatment tank. The treatment tank having an aeration chamber where oxygen is added to the wastewater to encourage bacterial breakdown of the solid waste. The treatment tank also having a clarifying chamber separated by a frusto-conical wall. The treatment tank also containing an ultraviolet disinfection system which exposes the wastewater to ultraviolet light prior to the wastewater exiting the treatment tank such that bacteria in the wastewater is neutralized prior to discharge.

A rotating flying vehicle in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hub having an outer perimeter, an outer ring having a diameter greater than the outer perimeter, a plurality of blades extending outwardly and downwardly connecting the hub to the outer ring, and a plurality of rotor assemblies. Each rotor assembly further includes a motor to spin a propeller, where the propellers are positioned beneath the plurality of blades. The propellers when spinning will cause the hub, blades, and outer ring to sufficiently rotate and generate lift such that the vehicle will fly. The vehicle also includes a system for determining a directional point of reference for the rotor assemblies when the vehicle is rotating and includes a control system to fly the vehicle in a specified direction relative to a remote controller.

Directionally controllable, self-stabilizing, rotating flying vehicle

A screen assembly for a rear vehicle window includes a screen track mechanism mounted to the existing window track assembly in which one or more windows are slidably received. A screen is slidably received within the screen track mechanism. When the windows are slid to an open position, the screen may be conveniently slid to cover the opening to prevent debris from entering the passenger compartment. Alternative embodiments include a pair of screens which may be selectively joined and a screen which may be joined to the side of a movable window to interchangeably move the window or screen to cover the opening.

Screen assembly for the rear window of a vehicle

A model helicopter creates lift using rotor propellers mounted to the rotor arms of a gyroscopic rotor assembly. A controller converts front-back, and left-right inputs into speed control signals used to vary the speeds of the rotor propellers at selected positions of the rotor assembly as it rotates. The varying speed of the rotor propellers at selected rotor positions produces thrust vectors at those positions. The resultant thrust vector determines the direction of the helicopter's flight and enables it to pitch and roll in response to the front-back and left-right inputs. The rotor assembly can have two or more rotor arms, each with a propeller. The helicopter provides left-right yaw control with a yaw propeller on the helicopter body. Electric motors, or motors using other conventional power and speed control methods, can be used to drive the rotor and yaw propellers. Power and speed control signals can be transferred to the rotor motors via commutators on the helicopter body and rotor assembly that make electrical contact as the rotor assembly rotates.
