A process includes communicating a coolant flow between an inlet and an outlet of a coolant subsystem that is associated with a cooling domain to remove thermal energy from a plurality of processor-based nodes of the cooling domain. The communication of the coolant flow has associated predefined parameters. The process includes regulating a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet. In accordance with example implementations, the regulation includes determining, based on the predefined parameters, a minimum collective power consumption by the processor-based nodes to maintain a temperature of the coolant flow at the outlet at or above a minimum threshold temperature, and based on the minimum power consumption, scheduling jobs to be executed by the nodes.

One aspect provides a printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB includes a transmission line to transmit signals of a desired frequency, a first stub coupled to the transmission line at a first location, and a second stub coupled to the transmission line at a second location. The first stub is to filter out signals of a first frequency, the second stub is to filter out signals of a second frequency, and the first and second stubs are positioned such that an insertion loss of the transmitted signals of the desired frequency is substantially minimized.

Systems and methods described herein make previously stranded power capacity (power that is provisioned for a data center according to a computing system's nameplate power consumption but is currently not useable) available to the data center. Systems described herein generate empirical power profiles that specify expected upper bounds for the power consumption levels that applications trigger. Using the upper bounds for application power-consumption levels, a computing system described herein can reliably release part of its provisioned nameplate power for other systems or data center consumers, reducing the amount of stranded power in a data center. The method described herein avoids performance penalties for most jobs by using sensor measurements made at a rapid rate explained herein to ensure that a system power cap based on running application's measured peak power consumption is reliable with reference to the power capacitance inherent in the computing system.

Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for updating a machine learning model utilized in a search engine operation. The method identifies a set of search queries in stored search queries corresponding to a service and apply the identified set of search queries to the search engine to generate one or more search results for the service. Each search result has an assigned aggregate based on values of a set of parameters associated with the service. The method then analyzes the values of the set of parameters to determine a tradeoff point of each parameter to determine one or more weights to apply to the machine learning model based on the tradeoff points. The method stores the determined one or more weights and applies them to the machine learning model for a search query corresponding to the service.

Determining a location for a non-access point device based on non-access point device emulation of an access point (AP) device is disclosed. A non-AP device can pass itself off as an actual AP device to piggyback of location reporting by user equipment (UE). Where a UE observes an emulated AP, e.g., a non-AP device masquerading as an AP device, the observance of the emulated AP can be reported, along with UE location information captured at the time of the observance, to a network database. The UE location information can be used to determine a location of the emulated AP. The location of the emulated AP can be retrieved from the database in response to a query identifying the emulated AP. This can enable the non-AP device to query its own location as observed by the UE. This can enable other devices to receive the location of the non-AP device.

According to an example, an air dielectric printed circuit board (PCB) may include a first PCB layer including a first substrate and a first conductive layer formed of a first conductive material, and a second PCB layer including a second substrate and a second conductive layer formed of a second conductive material. The second conductive layer may be disposed in a directly facing configuration relative to the first conductive layer, and at a predetermined distance away from the first conductive layer to provide an air dielectric gap between the first and second conductive layers. The air dielectric PCB may further include a standoff that includes a first end and a second end that is opposite to the first end. The standoff may be attached to the first and second PCB layers respectively at the first and second ends thereof, and may include a predetermined length to maintain the predetermined distance.

An embodiment of the invention provides a surveillance system with intelligently interchangeable cameras. The system includes multiple bases, each with a respective base identifier, and multiple cameras configured to learn the respective base identifiers while in proximity with a respective base. The cameras in the system are configured to employ a camera configuration corresponding with the respective learned base identifier. Each camera in the system employs the appropriate camera configuration for its placement in the system because each camera employs the camera configuration associated with the base identifier learned by the camera. This allows the cameras to be easily replaced, swapped, and moved throughout the surveillance system.

An example embodiment of the surveillance devices includes an imaging device, power supply unit employing a solar module having solar cells, and a mounting module coupled to the imaging device, the solar cells being configured with the mounting module to collect light and provide available power to the power supply unit. The disclosed surveillance device, and corresponding process of performing surveillance, minimizes installation and maintenance costs and times associated with surveillance systems.

An example method for processing visual communications at a video camera according to the disclosure includes analyzing video content captured by the video camera to identify a visual command presented to the camera by a user in the field of view of the camera, executing the visual command identified from the video content captured by the video camera, wherein executing the visual command includes setting one or more operating parameters of the video camera, determining a command completion indication corresponding to whether the command was successfully executed, and providing a command completion indication, corresponding to the command completion indication, to the user.
