The instant disclosure relates generally to oral inoculation and specifically to methods to prepare nasopharyngeal and oral material for oral inoculation of COVID-19. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 ('SARS-CoV-2') viral particles are collected from at least one of a nasopharyngeal specimen and an oral specimen each derived from a patient infected with SARS-CoV-2 or a SARS-CoV-2 variant. Mammalian cells (e.g., Vero-E6 and/or Vero-CCL81 cells) are infected with the SARS-CoV-2 viral particles to produce infected mammalian cells. The infected mammalian cells are cultured to produce a mammalian cell culture. SARS-CoV-2 viral particles are collected from the mammalian cell culture to produce isolated viral particles. The isolated viral particles are frozen to produce a frozen isolate. The frozen isolate is partitioned into a plurality of tablets each having a therapeutically effective amount of the SARS-CoV-2 viral particles. An enteric coating is applied to each tablet.

Methods to prepare nasopharyngeal and oral material for oral inoculation of COVID-19

A system for placing a person in electrical continuity with the ground in order to reduce the buildup of electric charge on a person's body. The system of the present invention comprises a shoe with an attached shoe grounding device and a plurality of grounded mats. The shoe grounding device is attached to the shoe in a manner that puts the interior surface of the body of the shoe in electrical continuity with the heel of the shoe. The heel of the shoe can be placed in electrical continuity with the ground by placing the heel of the shoe on top of any of the plurality of grounded mats, which are connected to the ground by a grounding wire. The system as a whole allows a person using the system to place themselves in electrical continuity with the ground.

Disclosed is a system for monitoring facial presentation of a first user to a second user. The system may include at least one image capturing device configured for capturing at least one image of the first user. Further, the system may include a communication device communicatively coupled to the at least one image capturing device. Further, the system may include a processing device communicatively coupled to the communication device. The communication device may be configured for transmitting the at least one image to a processing device. The processing device may be configured for analyzing the at least one image. The processing device may be configured for identifying a face of the first user based on the analyzing. Further, the processing device may be configured for generating facial presentation data based on the identifying. Further, the system may include a storage device configured for storing the facial presentation data.

The present invention is a system to utilize slow burning fuels that contain ash with a piston that is utilized as a compressor and an expander, a pair of combustion chambers, an ash bin with a pathway on each side of the ash bin and a cylinder that houses the piston that is integral to the y-shaped pathway and produces gases that are produced by the piston emitted from the cylinder as well as a connecting rod and a crank shaft. The combustion chambers can be cone-shaped and have one or more fan blades that are made of a nonconductive material and have a positive charge. The present invention also creates a rotating body in a single combustion chamber that provides heat energy for evaporation of water and initiation of ignition of fuels that contain more than 5% water that can be connected to an ash bin to expel ash.

A method for evaluating atherosclerosis using M-Mode ultrasound to measure atherosclerotic plaques and their affect on compliance of the arterial walls in peripheral arteries. Movement of the arterial walls is measured during a systolic-diastolic pressure cycle and the intimal medial thickness and the thickness of any atherosclerotic lesions are measured as well. The method measures the distance between the near and far walls of the subject artery and the acoustic impedance of the materials that comprise the individual layers of the arterial walls. To image an artery with M-Mode ultrasound, a transducer head having at least one transmitting element and at least one receiving element is placed against a patient's skin adjacent the peripheral artery to be evaluated. A repeating series of sound pulses are transmitted from the transmitting element into the patient substantially perpendicular to the subject artery. The sound waves are reflected to varying degrees by the tissues encountered and the reflected waves are measured by the receiving element(s) in the transducer head. M-Mode ultrasound allows for continuous monitoring of the position of the arterial walls during the systolic-diastolic pressure cycle such that changes in position of the arterial wall can be measured over a predetermined period of time.

Method for evaluating atherosclerosis and its affect on the elasticity of arterial walls

An improved method for treating liquid foodstuffs to prolong their shelf life wherein the liquid is exposed to intense agitation, preferably through sonication, to disrupt cell walls and membranes of any microorganisms present in the liquid. The liquid is either simultaneously or subsequently exposed to an electrical field. The intense agitation disrupts the cell walls and membranes of the microorganisms so that an electrical current can be introduced through any openings formed in the cell walls and membranes and through their intracellular matrices to kill the microorganisms. It is preferable to expose the liquids to torsional forces so that any microorganisms will be rotating through the stationary electrical field. As a result any openings in the cell walls and membranes of the microorganisms will at some point become aligned with the electrical field so that current can be introduced within the cells to destroy the microorganisms.

A treatment of a liquid or slurry which combines the effects of heat, ultrasonification, and pressure to produce an effective bactericide and sporicide. The ultrasonification effect is enhance 10-20 fold by the addition of pressure during the heat and ultrasonification treatment. The pressure results in enhancement of the cavitational effect. The enhance of the cavitational effect results in the heat becoming a more effective bactericide and sporicide at a lower temperature and shorter duration.

A method and apparatus for sonication of blood to reduce Na.sup.+ K.sup.+ ATPase activity utilizes an extravascular sonication chamber and a blood pump to control the sonication parameters to prevent morphological damage to the blood cells. Secondary damage to surrounding tissues is avoided by sonicating the blood externally of the body. The sonicated blood may either be stored or returned directly to the body.
