A self-contained, hyperthermic conditioning unit and selectively controllable environment for exercising. The unit comprises a base portion having a bed therein and a removable cover connected to the base portion to enclose a personal compartment within the unit. One or more heating elements provide heat to the personal compartment and one more pieces of physical exercise equipment are provided within the personal compartment.

A chamber providing controlled amounts and wavelengths of photonic IR and visible light within an internal space sized for at least one human being to exercise therein. The chamber includes at least one emitter system configured to emit FIR energy and at least one emitter system configured to emit at least MIR energy. The chamber includes at least one light emitting source configured to emit full spectrum visible light and/or a selected wavelength of visible light, and a control panel configured to control the amount, wavelengths and duration of FIR, MIR, and visible light within the chamber.

Controllable photonic chamber

A chamber providing controlled amounts of IR and visible light within an internal space sized to seat at least one human being. The chamber includes at least one heater configured to emit FIR energy, at least one heater configured to emit NIR energy, and at least one heater configured to emit at least MIR energy. The chamber includes at least one light emitting source configured to emit a selected wavelength of visible light, and a control panel configured to control the amount and duration of FIR, MIR, NIR and visible light within the chamber.

A personal therapy compartment includes a base of size to receive a human patient. The compartment includes a bed in the base said bed being made of a light transmissive material. An array of lights mounted is below the bed to transmit light onto a body supported on the bed. A control panel controls at least the wavelength, intensity and pulsation of the light.

A method and device for non-abrasively cleansing and exfoliating skin in combination with a cleansing solution. A cylindrical housing comprises a base for engagement with a fluid source and a vacuum source and a skin interface positioned on an end opposing the base and configured to contact and traverse a surface of the skin. The skin interface comprises non-abrasive, or rounded, smooth surfaces for contacting the skin. A combination of variable cleansing fluid delivery to the tip and vacuum pressure removal cleanses and exfoliates skin tissue or debris.

A personal therapy or sauna compartment is formed with a base, that has a support bed on the interior of the base in which a person can lie. A cover is provided over the base and covers the body of a person lying in the bed, with the head of the person outside of the cover. The bed is supported above massage shower heads that provide massage water impingement upwardly against the back of the person on the bed. Infrared heaters are placed in the cover, and shower heads in the cover provide for comfort and showering the person lying on the bed. A mist head is provided for adding in liquid forms of vitamins, hormones, and other therapeutic elements capable of being absorbed by the skin. The cover has large translucent side panels for the majority of the sides of the panels, and is supported on a central spine frame pivoted at a foot end to the base, with a hoop at its open or head end. The cover hinges to open and close relative to the base.

A hand held laser for treating a skin condition includes a housing comprising a first end, a second end and a cavity therein wherein the cavity includes a substantially light reflective surface and wherein the housing comprises at least one fin extending from an exterior surface of the housing. The laser includes a flash lamp having a first axis and being retained within the cavity in a first selected position and a laser rod having a second axis and being retained within the cavity in a second selected position and wherein the first axis and the second axis are substantially parallel to each other, wherein as the flash lamp is pumped the laser rod produces a laser beam for treating the skin condition.

A personalized therapeutic compartment includes a horizontal bed for supporting a person to be treated, and has a shower system with a plurality of shower nozzles arrayed above the bed so that a person can have a therapeutic shower while lying on the bed. The shower system includes a water source which may be colored and coordinated with a light source on the interior of the compartment. A source of aroma is provided that suggests the color used for total therapy treatment. Additional therapeutic steam and dry air can be provided as desired. A method of treatment disclosed includes chromatherapy using coordinated colors and aroma and if desired requested colors for therapy of different portions of the body of a user.
