A fault circuit indicator (FCI) detection system for electrical equipment disposed in an enclosure or vault having an above-ground vent pipe exhaust outlet comprises one or more sensors disposed in the enclosure or vault to sense a condition of at least one unit of the electrical equipment. A sensored analytics unit (SAU) is coupled to the sensors to receive sensor data and analyze the sensor data, the SAU generating a corresponding analyzed data signal that provides information related to a condition of the at least one unit of electrical equipment. A transceiver is disposed inside at least a portion of the vent pipe to receive the analyzed data signal, wherein the transceiver is configured to communicate the analyzed data signal. A visual indicator is disposed on or within the vent pipe comprising one or more visual indicators, such as LEDs, driven by a driving circuit board to provide a visual signal corresponding to the condition of the at least one unit of electrical equipment.

The distributor element includes a projecting element that separates at least two orifices in the distributor element to provide uniform distribution of the surgical prep solution.

The inventive tape dispenser includes a cover and a base. The cover includes a forward section, a saddle, a rounded back section, and first and second sidewalls extending downwardly from the forward section and saddle. The forward section of the cover includes a first end from which a means for cutting extends. The base includes a semicircular tape holding portion having a first side opposite a second side, a mounting surface and an inner surface. The inner surface of the base includes a means for gripping the dispenser. The base also includes an arm, a land area extending at an angle from the arm and an edge extending an angle from the land area. The edge is disposed substantially parallel to and proximate to the second sidewall of the cover.

A cartridge for a disk-shaped storage medium, wherein the cartridge has partition walls within the cartridge for separating the storage medium from other portions of the cartridge, thereby protecting the storage medium from damage due to debris particles. The partition walls are formed by ribs which protrude from the interior surfaces of each half of the cartridge. The ribs do not meet but rather define a small gap between them. The top of one rib has a V-shaped protrusion (taken perpendicular to the length of the rib) while the top of the other rib has a complementary V-shaped groove. Elongate debris particles are blocked from passage into the compartment containing the storage medium due to the tortuous path defined by the gap.
