Tackle storage system

A foldable seat that includes a back support hingedly attached to a seat member such that the back support can be folded from an upright, open position to a horizontal, closed position. The seat member includes a shoulder for cooperating with the bottom of the back support to prevent the back support from deflecting or buckling and being displaced beyond the vertical position.

Foldable seat

A fish holder including a handle having a lower jaw extending transversely therefrom. A trigger is pivotally positioned inside of the handle and includes an upper jaw that extends transversely to the trigger and overlies the lower jaw arm. A biasing spring internally engages the trigger and the handle to maintain the jaw in an open position. When the handle and the trigger are grasped by a hand and squeezed, the jaw will close.

A hatch for a boat or other vehicle having a cover (10) that is pivotally connected to a frame (12) by a pair of releasable hing assemblies (32) that allow separation of the cover from the frame when the cover is forcibly opened against an object on an adjacent surface (14). A pair of pivotal handles (60) are restrained against movement into a downward angular position that would interfere with the proper closure of the cover.
