An interaction system may receive trigger information associated with a facilitator device of a facilitator at a venue. The trigger information may be transmitted based on the facilitator operating the facilitator device during an interaction between the facilitator and one or more participants. The interaction system may determine, based on receiving the trigger information, that interaction information has been provided to the one or more participants. The interaction system may determine, in response to the trigger information, that the facilitator was located at a particular sensing location. The interaction system may obtain, using sensing location information identifying the particular sensing location, participant device information regarding a participant device located at the particular sensing location during the interaction. The interaction system may modify a record associated with the participant device to reflect that the interaction information was provided to a participant associated with the participant device during the interaction.

Providing content based on a trigger from a user device

Techniques for secure mobile device recognition are disclosed. An IOT edge device determines, based on a network message received at the IOT edge device, that a mobile device is not recognized. The IOT edge device transmits a token request to the mobile device. In response, the IOT edge device receives an encrypted token from the mobile device. The IOT edge device transmits the encrypted token to a server. The server is configured to determine an identifier corresponding with the mobile device, based on the encrypted token. A recognition task is initiated for the mobile device, based on the determined identifier.

Secure recognition of mobile devices

Systems and methods for detecting and processing spatiotemporal data are disclosed. Signals are received from user devices, where each of the signals includes an identifier of a respective user device that transmitted the signal. A first subset of the signals is determined, where each signal in the first subset was received from a first user device. A first signal in the first subset is identified to classify as a begin signal based on a configuration associated with a first physical area, and a second signal in the first subset is identified to classify as an end signal based on the configuration associated with the first physical area. An amount of time that elapsed between receiving the begin signal and receiving the end signal is determined, and an estimated spatiotemporal measure is generated based at least in part on the determined first amount of time.
