A portable fluid dispensing device (system) for mounting upon a human hand and for dispensing a fluid is provided. The device includes a hand-held applicator that includes a pocket that is configured to receive one hand of a user. The pocket partitions the hand-held applicator into a rear portion and a front portion. The rear portion includes a fluid reservoir for holding a fluid that is to be dispensed. The front portion is defined by a foam layer that has a dispensing hole, with the pocket being defined between the rear portion and the foam layer. The device further includes a pump subassembly that is in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and includes an elongated fluid dispensing outlet that is disposed within the pocket and attached to an inner surface of the foam layer. The fluid dispensing outlet defines a fluid channel and includes an outlet that is aligned with the dispensing hole for delivering the fluid to an outer surface of the foam layer.

A hand-held applicator is formed with a pocket that is configured to receive one hand of a user. The pocket partitions the hand-held applicator into a rear portion and a front portion. A dispensing outlet in the form of a laminated structure of at least two layers is formed as defines an outflow pathway for directing fluid away from the applicator under action of a pump.

Personal cleaning system

A pre-moistened wipe package with applicator includes a multi-ply applicator body that defines a first interior space between a first layer and a second layer and a second interior space between the second layer and a third layer. The first layer has an opening that is open to an exterior and provides access to the first interior space with a lid member being coupled to the first layer and configured to cover the opening in a closed position thereof. The second interior space is configured to receive a hand of a user. The package also includes an arrangement of wipes disposed within the first interior space and being removable through the opening. An outer exposed surface of the third layer is configured so as to releasably hold one of the wipes along the outer exposed surface.

The invention describes a method for manufacturing a portable fluid dispensing device that comprises a hand-held applicator that includes a pocket that is configured to receive one hand of a user. The pocket partitions the hand-held applicator into a rear portion and a front portion.

The invention describes a cleaning system in the form of a mitt having cleaning pads attached by reversible fastening means so that pads may be electively and consecutively attached, removed, or replaced. Furthermore, the invention provides a means for introducing, retaining, dispensing, and distributing a fluid, such as water or a liquid cleaning product, so that a removable pad may be irrigated with a regulated dose of fluid prior to use. The invention also describes a cooperative enclosure that can store a plurality of cleaning pads. Features of the compatible enclosure serve to physically guide the body of the mitt into alignment with a replacement pad.
