A grille-step assembly mounted on a vehicle includes a vehicle having a vehicle frame and a grille-step assembly secured to the frame. The grille-step assembly includes a grille frame secured to the vehicle frame. The grille frame has opposed grille brackets with at least one bar connecting the opposed grille brackets to one another and a step assembly. The step assembly includes opposed step brackets having a bottom crossbar and a step crossbar that connect the opposed step brackets to one another. The assembly is releasably mounted so that in a closed position both the bottom crossbar and the step crossbar are positioned between the opposed grille brackets, and in an open position one of the bottom crossbar and step crossbar is positioned away from the opposed grille brackets.

A ball mount holder assembly for mounting to a carrying device includes a body having opposed sides and a stake flange that extends substantially perpendicularly from one of the opposed sides that is adapted to be secured to a surface. A pin flange extends substantially perpendicularly from an opposite one of the opposed sides and in a direction opposite the stake flange and is adapted to receive and carry a ball mount.

A safety cap for use with a needle, the cap including an opening in the cap adapted to receive a needle therein, a releasable lock mechanism disposed within the opening, and a permanent lock mechanism disposed within the opening. The safety cap may be provided on a needle, the releasable locking mechanism being actuated to release the needle from the cap. After use, the needle may be reinserted into the safety cap and permanently locked therein by the permanent locking mechanism, thereby providing for safe disposal of the used needle.

A safety cap for use with a trocar, the cap including an opening in the cap adapted to receive a trocar therein, a releasable lock mechanism disposed within the opening, and a permanent lock mechanism disposed within the opening. The safety cap may be provided on a trocar, the releasable locking mechanism being actuated to release the trocar from the cap. After use, the trocar may be reinserted into the safety cap and permanently locked therein by the permanent locking mechanism, thereby providing for safe disposal of the used trocar.

A spoiler for a vehicle includes at least one support bracket having a first end secured to the vehicle and a substantially transparent spoiler wing secured to the second end. The spoiler may also include at least one support bracket that is adjustable to change the angular orientation of the spoiler wing. In the alternative, a lighted wing for attachment to a surface may include at least one bracket adapted to be secured to the surface and a substantially transparent wing secured by the bracket to the surface. A material may be interposed and secured between the wing and the surface with a light module coupled to the wing for illumination thereof.
