An extension photoflash light and a camera system using the same are provided. The extension photoflash light to be externally mounted on a mobile device with a photographing function comprises a HID lamp, a mounting mechanism, a light sensing circuit and a control circuit. The mounting mechanism is for mounting the extension photoflash light. The light sensing circuit is disposed on the mounting mechanism. The control circuit is coupled to the HID lamp and the light sensing circuit. When a camera program is executed, a specific block on a flat panel display of the mobile device emits a light signal. The control circuit controls the light sensing circuit to detect the light signal of the specific block, and decodes a decoding message according to luminance of the detected light signal, and controls the HID lamp to perform flashing at a specific timing according to the decoding message.

An impedance adjusting device includes a power output port, a ground terminal, a capacitor assembly including at least one capacitor, and a power output port. The power input port is electronically connected to a switching power supply, and the capacitor is electronically connected between the power input port and the ground terminal. The capacitor is connected in parallel to an output capacitor of the switching power supply to regulate a flat impedance of the switching power supply when an audio signal is played at full 20 Hz to 20 KHz frequencies at the same output audio voltage level.

An analog circuit architecture is fabricated with dual gate oxides and dual voltage supplies. In the analog circuit architecture, different kinds of devices/transistors with different gate oxide thicknesses are biased by different voltages, such that advantages of each device technology are mixed to enhance total performance of the analog circuit.
