A launching device, system and method uses a fluid pressure system and a launch direction system in combination with an automated control system and a fluid cavity in a game ball for compressed air providing a pneumatically operated toy that releases upon a user-directed and automated control launch of a game ball.

Launching device

Described is a spitball gun that is operable for collecting, wetting, and projecting paper ammunitions. The spitball gun includes a paper advancing chamber having an opening for receiving paper ammunition and an advancing mechanism for advancing paper through the paper advancing chamber to a loading chamber. A water tank is also connected with the loading chamber. A sliding handle is used to cause paper to be pulled through the paper advancing mechanism while water is released onto the paper from the water tank. A paper cutter is used to cut the paper and load the paper into the loading chamber. Finally, air from an attached air tank is used to expel a wetted paper wad from the loading chamber and through the barrel of the spitball gun.

A sound elimination game and apparatus includes an electronic game having a housing supporting a plurality of user depressible button thereon. Each button is supported within the housing by a light and button assembly and includes a latent image and means for illuminating the latent image. A control circuit is supported within the housing and is operative to selectively illuminate one or more of the light and button assemblies to reveal the latent image thereon. The control circuit is further operative to activate a sound circuit also within the housing to provide character sounds in association with the illuminated buttons on the housing. Game play is provided in which the entire group of character buttons is simultaneously illuminated and in which the character sounds associated with all of the character buttons is simultaneously sounded.
