Methods, apparatus, and systems for two-factor authentication leveraging graphical passwords and behavioral data are provided. Methods may include creating a two-factor authentication model for logging into a user account. The two-factor authentication model may include a first graphical password and first behavioral data corresponding to biometric characteristics of the creating of the graphical password. Methods may include receiving a login request from the user. Methods may include receiving, from the user, a second graphical password and second behavioral data. Methods may include identifying first comparison points between the second graphical password and the first graphical password. In parallel, methods may include identifying second comparison points between the second behavioral data and the first behavioral data. Methods may include logging the user into the account in response to a determination that a sum of the first and second comparison points is greater than a threshold value.

Enhanced authentication leveraging graphical passwords and behavioral data

Methods may display an interactive searching display window on a webpage. Methods may display a search box located on the interactive searching display window, which may enable a user to type in a query. Methods may display an answer box located on the interactive searching display window, which may display an answer to a user's query. Methods may display a minimize button, a maximize button and a pin button, which may allow the user to pin the interactive searching display window to one side of the webpage. Methods may redirect the user to a second webpage in response to the determination that greater than a threshold probability exists that the answer to the user's question may be found on the second webpage. Methods may display the interactive searching display window about a central location on the second webpage for a time period between 1.5 and 3.5 seconds.

Method and apparatus for navigational searching of a website

An apparatus for automatic completion of an entry into an input field is provided. The apparatus may include a webpage. The webpage may include a search box. The search box may include a user input field. The apparatus may further include a processor and a machine-readable memory. When a user begins to type a query into the user input box, the processor may be configured to complete, pending user confirmation, the user's query. The completion may be based, for example, on information stored on the machine-readable memory pertaining to the user. The information may be available to an authorized accessor of the machine-readable memory via a secure communications channel. However, the information may be restricted from the user's access via a communications channel associated with the user.

Method and apparatus for automatic completion of an entry into an input field

Methods for extracting queries from webpages is provided. Methods may include receiving a plurality of queries. Each query in the plurality may be input into a search box located on a public-facing webpage. Methods may include receiving content associated with each of the public-facing webpages. Methods may include receiving identifying information associated with an inputter of each query. Methods may include selecting at least one query from the plurality of queries based at least in part on factors. The factors may include query length. The factors may include query rank. The query rank may be based in part on the magnitude of predetermined terminology included in the at least one query. The predetermined terminology may be stored on a computer-readable memory. The factors may include the grammatical relationship between query terms. The factors may include the identifying information about the inputter associated with the at least one query.
