Snow paddle

A collapsible snow paddle. The paddle includes an elongated handle, a rotatable coupling affixed to one end of the handle, and a generally planar snow remover, the rotatable coupling affixed to a rear surface of the remover so that the remover may be collapsed against the handle for storage and extended transverse to the handle for use. The snow remover may have a scraper edge inclined at an angle relative to the surface of the snow remover for scraping ice and a relatively soft capped edge for removing snow.

Collapsible snow paddle and method of use

A computer-readable media, method, and system for calling a function within a group-based communication system. The function may be initiated according to a trigger condition and is associated with arguments and return values. To carry out the function, an HTTP request is generated and sent to an HTTP server, which sends an HTTP callback to a group-based communication system server. The HTTP callback may include return values indicative of either a successful completion of the function or an error.

Asynchronous distributed modular function calling

Media, methods, and systems are disclosed for hosting an event-based application. Application instructions corresponding to processing steps to be performed in response to particular events are received from a development environment. The events are associated with a group-based communication channel. An application comprising computer-executable instructions is generated based on the application instructions and metadata associated with the events. In response to detecting one or more of the events, execution of the computer-executable instructions is triggered. A response is received corresponding to output from applying the processing steps to the events. A message is posted into the respective communication channel corresponding to the response.

Hosting event-based applications

Techniques and systems for modifying a virtual machine functionality. Archive files each including at least a class files are received. The archive files are stored within the virtual machine. The virtual machine runs on a host system and neither the virtual machine nor the host system are restarted in response to the receiving or storing of the archive files. Files of the host system are scanned to find class files that are not included in a class path for the virtual machine. The class files are copied to a class path for the virtual machine. Neither the virtual machine nor the host system are restarted in response to the copying of the class files. The classes corresponding to the class files are registered in the virtual machine in response to the copying of the class files to the class path. Neither the virtual machine nor the host system are restarted in response to the registration of the classes.

Methods and systems for generating a dynamic workflow in a multi-tenant database environment

In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for facilitating dynamic generating of visual workflow and corresponding tasks in an on-demand services environment. In one embodiment and by way of example, a method includes receiving a request to perform a business process at a computing system. The performing of the business process may include creating a new business process relating to workings of an organization. The method may further include interpreting content of the request, and dynamically generating a visual workflow in response to the interpretation of the content of the request. The visual workflow may be used to perform the business process.

Mechanism for facilitating dynamic visual workflow and task generation in an on-demand services environment

An emergency spinal immobilization and extrication device permits a victim of spinal column trauma to be firmly supported and immobilized for transportation to a health care facility. The device comprises a container filled with a multiplicity of small, resilient particles resting on a light-weight, rigid base-board, and having a sliding rigid cover. The container comprises means for inflating with gas and deflating. In operation the victim is placed on the cover and restrained at the ankles. As the cover is removed by sliding, the victim descends onto the container. The container is then deflated, leaving the victim supported by the particles which cling together as the gas is evacuated.
