A time-temperature integrating (TTi) indicator label comprises an initiator reservoir and a target reservoir, said initiator reservoir containing a pH modification system and said target reservoir comprising a pH responsive indicator. The pH responsive indicator may be photo-initiated. There is also provided a time-temperature indicator label comprising first and second reservoirs separated by a hydrogel valve, said valve allowing passage of an acid from said first reservoir to said second reservoir when the hydrogel valve is activated.

A system to remove most or substantially all of the residual ink from an ink chamber prior to post print washing, said ink chamber comprising an ink chamber profile provided with a space for ink, at least one inlet and at least one outlet, and with upper and lower doctor blade members detachably mounted on the ink chamber profile, said blades bounding an opening which, in operation, faces and engages with the outer circumference of an engraved cylinder and which extends over the length of the ink chamber profile, the ink chamber profile being sealed at its extremities by flexible seals, said ink chamber profile, end seals, doctor blades and engraved cylinder demarcating an ink cavity, characterized in that there is further provided a shuttle member within the ink cavity, said shuttle member being movable substantially along the entire length of the ink chamber profile in order to aid purging of residual ink from said ink cavity, said shuttle member further being provided with associated drive means to induce movement within said ink cavity.

A mobile load carrier comprises a castor mounting arrangement comprising two or swivellable castors mounted on a first member (), characterized in that said first member () is rotatably attached to a second member or member (), along a fixed, substantially horizontal axis () substantially perpendicular to the primary direction of travel of the mobile load carrier, said second member(s) () being attached to, or forming part of, the structure of the mobile load carrier, such that any movement of the castors' swivel axes, relative to the chassis, is synchronous, with movement only being possible via the rotatable attachment of the first member () to the second member(s) (). Preferably the rotation is load dependent with the load dependency optionally being provided by one or more biasing members ().
