A hardware system for simulating a network physical layer for communication channels. The hardware system includes a plurality of hardware processors configurable to model a network physical layer and communication channels. The hardware system is further implemented where the hardware processors are configured such that a single set of hardware, including a single set of gates and registers, is used in a single simulation to model a plurality of virtual routers for different nodes.

A cross-network communication system includes a plurality of client networks. The cross-network communication system includes a Service Negotiation Plane configured to forward messages between the plurality of client networks via a plurality of control interfaces, each of which corresponds to one of the plurality of client networks. Each of the plurality of control interfaces includes a first data guard that belongs to the corresponding client network. The first data guard is configured to prevent exfiltration of classified information or permit only particular types of messages to traverse the Service Negotiation Plane.

Sending data on a network based on limiting the propagation of data based on a distance between a sender of the data and one or more receivers of the data. A method includes determining a maximum distance that a message should travel in a network from a sender to a receiver. The method further includes configuring a distance property or distance proxy property conforming with the determined distance. The method further includes sending the message by transmitting the message in a fashion that causes the message to be carried on the network in compliance with the configured distance property or distance proxy property.

Wireless terminals, systems, and methods use interlaced diplexers. A first diplexer can provide a first pair of bands separated by a first separation band, and a second diplexer can provide a second pair of bands separated by a second separation band. The first separation band and the second separation band can overlap. Transceivers (comprising transmitters and receivers) can be coupled to the diplexers to provide frequency-division duplex communications using one or both of the pairs of bands.
