Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving video content streams from multiple source mobile devices and identifying that the video content streams pertain to a same event. Additional aspects may include identifying end mobile devices for the video content streams and determining a portion of the end mobile devices are coupled to one communication network and another communication network. Further aspects can include identifying a predicted traffic pattern on the first communication network based on the multiple video content streams pertaining to the same event and that the portion of the multiple end mobile devices are communicatively coupled to the first communication network. Additional aspects may include transmitting a portion of the video content streams across the first communication network and transmitting another portion of the video content streams across the second communication network according to the predicted traffic pattern. Methods and system for providing multiple video content streams over different communication networks

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, participating in a communication session over a network with a second communication device that is remote from the communication device where the communication session includes a computer supported collaborative work environment utilizing a non-baton passing protocol, presenting content at a display device where the content is presented by the second communication device at a second display device, receiving first user input at the user interface where second user input is received by the second communication device where a conflict resolution is applied to events associated with the first and second user input, and presenting adjusted content at the display device. Apparatus and method for managing events in a computer supported collaborative work environment

Architectures and techniques are presented that can record video data and wireless communication device data. Signals from sources outside a field of view of a camera recording the video data can be filtered. Such can affect a shielding technique in which a signal shielding apparatus is adjusted in orientation based on an orientation of a camera device. Techniques are further presented to synchronize, according to time, video data and device data. Such synchronization can allow for improved correlation between visual objects (e.g., recorded by the camera) and radio objects (e.g., recorded by a transceiver). For example, visual techniques can be employed to estimate distance/locomotion of a visual object, whereas signal strength metrics can be used to estimate distance/locomotion of a radio object, and the relationship between the two can indicate a strong correlation that a particular device ID is linked to a particular visual object and vice versa.

Filtering and correlating radio signals based on a field of view of a camera

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method comprising receiving an initial request for content from a first user; sending one or more subsequent requests to other user(s), such as those at or near a location associated with the live content; receiving replies from the other users; presenting options to and receiving a selection from the first user; sending a confirmation request to a selected user; and receiving, by the first user, the live content from the selected user. In some embodiments, the method includes charging first user a fee for requesting and/or receiving the live content; and paying a fee to the selected user. The second fee may be specified by the selected user. In any case, the users need not know each other. Other embodiments are disclosed.

On-demand live media content streaming

A system for providing cross-services application service, device, and network content delivery management is disclosed. In particular, the system may allow devices and application services supported by multiple network services to leverage the strengths of such network services to ensure that content delivery is efficiently accomplished. The system may enable a device or application service to be associated with a management domain. Then, the management domain may subscribe the device or application service with one or more underlying supporting networks of the management domain. The associating and subscribing may be performed for the management domain by an orchestrator or by a management domain authority. The management domain authority may include a predictive, machine-learning element that drives access to content on behalf of the management domain authority through its devices and services to which they are subscribed.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining data that is captured by a device, obtaining metadata corresponding to the data where the metadata describes a context of the capturing of the data, analyzing the metadata to identify a segment context of a segment of the data without performing an image recognition for the segment of the data, and, responsive to a determination that the context does not satisfy a context criterion, generating a low bandwidth version of the segment and transmitting the low bandwidth version of the segment of the data, wherein the low bandwidth version is transmitted at a second bandwidth that is lower than the first bandwidth. Targeting advertisements and other content to personal devices is cheaper and more effective than broadcast delivery. A processor of a base station of a radio access network may receive a plurality of parameters for a media streaming session for a transmission of a media to an endpoint device, select at least one radio access network resource for the media streaming session based upon the plurality of parameters for the media streaming session, and establish the media streaming session in accordance with the at least one radio access network resource. The plurality of parameters may comprise a type of media parameter, a packet size parameter, and a mobility parameter. The at least one radio access network resource may comprise a number of carriers, a transmission time interval, a number of sub-carriers, a modulation coding scheme, a carrier frequency, or a duration of a reservation.
