A body massager includes a portable housing including a backrest and a seat support. A longitudinal guide is provided in the backrest cooperating with a carriage for translation of the carriage within the backrest and a motor drives the carriage along the guide. A pair of massage members are supported by the carriage and extend from the backrest for imparting a rolling massage effect upon the back of the user. A second motor drives the massage members for generating a rotary kneading massage effect or for adjusting a width of the rolling massage effect.

Portable body massager

An apparatus for bathing a body part, such as the feet, includes a bath chamber for containing a fluid and receiving the body part therein. The bath chamber includes a bottom surface and a wall structure extending upwardly therefrom, where a motor is mounted on an underside of the bottom surface. At least one therapy center is disposed on the bottom surface and operably connected to the motor for providing therapy to the body part when the body part is placed on the at least one therapy center.

Further, a bath apparatus is disclosed having a pedicure apparatus for providing a motorized rotary pedicure effect to the user. Even further, a bath apparatus having a fluid dispenser is disclosed for dispensing therapeutic additives.

A massage apparatus is provided which includes a housing, a motor disposed within the housing, and at least one massage center provided on the housing. The massage center includes an outer massage member and an inner massage member, where the outer massage member at least partially circumferentially surrounds the inner massage member. The outer and inner massage members are operably connected to the motor for providing rotation of the massage members.

The present invention provides a bath apparatus for bathing a body part. The bath apparatus includes a chamber for containing fluid, and a lid mounted to the bath chamber. A showerhead is mounted to an underside of the lid and is oriented towards the bath chamber. A fluid pump draws fluid from the bath chamber and pumps the fluid through the showerhead for providing a pressurized fluid massage effect upon the body part. The showerhead may be viewable from atop the lid for visual identification of a product feature and for a visual fluid flow effect in operation.

A bath apparatus for bathing a body part, such as feet, includes a bath chamber for containing fluid and receiving the user's feet therein. The bath apparatus includes a heater for heating the bath chamber fluid, and a fluid pump for directing streams of water into the bath chamber to massage the user's feet. A float switch is provided so that the heater and the fluid pump only operate if there is an adequate amount of fluid in the bath chamber. The bath apparatus also includes a selection device disposed within the bath chamber, that is configured to be actuated by the user's feet when they are submerged within the bath chamber fluid. This provides a higher water pressure only after the feet are disposed within the bath chamber, thereby reducing the likelihood that water will be expelled from the bath chamber.

An air bubble massage bathtub mat system featuring a remote control and a flexible mat is disclosed. The remote control unit communicates with a blower/air heater unit contained in a housing. The housing is connected to the mat by a tube that directs air into the mat. The mat is formed of a flexible polymeric sheet material that may be rolled up for storage. The mat includes a plurality of flexible blocks that are retained between two layers of polymer sheet material that also define the air passages in the mat. Air flows through the mat and exits the mat in small holes that provide small air bubbles to water contained in a bathtub. Suction cups attached to elongated strips which are held to the mat by elongated pockets hold the mat stationary in the bathtub.

A massaging apparatus utilizing a hand held controller includes a microcontroller to actuate a plurality of vibrators positioned within a cushion using pulse width modulated signals. The microcontroller is programmed such that each zone may be actuated independently and continuously, simultaneously and continuously, or sequenced at a selectable rate controlled by the user. The hand held control uses multiplexing of the switch inputs and LED outputs to control twelve LEDs and five vibrating motors via eight switch inputs using a microcontroller having only thirteen I/O lines. A warning timer is also provided to remind the user that the device is turned on at periodic intervals.
