Container having a container body comprising a bottom, a rim and a lid securing portion located adjacent the rim. A lid includes a lid base sized and configured to secure the lid to the lid securing portion of the container body and a lid door assembly movably mounted to the lid base. The lid door assembly includes a main door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the lid base and an open position with respect to the lid base, a first side door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the main door and an open position with respect to the main door, and a second side door that can assume at least a closed position with respect to the main door and an open position with respect to the main door.

A closure for a microwavable container has a top wall and a skirt with at least one tab formed of a pair of straps and a thumb grip. The tab has an internal bead extending about its inner periphery which provides a shoulder which abuts a shoulder on the bead of the container to retain the closure on the container. The tab can be gripped by the user's thumb to apply force outwardly and upwardly to disengage the internal bead.

A dispenser for dispensing a viscous material in a selected one of a multiplicity of configurations comprises a container for a volume of a viscous material and having a squeezable body and a neck with a discharge opening at its upper end. Engaged on the container is a closure body of generally circular cross section having a top wall and a skirt, and the top wall has a discharge passage therethrough aligned with the discharge opening of the neck. The body top wall has a generally circular recess therein extending from the periphery thereof and beyond the discharge passage of the closure. Disposed in the circular recess is a generally circular rotating disc which has a multiplicity of discharge openings spaced about the disc in a circular array, and the discharge openings have a multiplicity of configurations. The disc is rotatable to align a selected discharge opening with the discharge passage in the top wall to permit viscous material to flow through the neck and the top wall of the closure body into and through a selected disc discharge opening.

Provided is a pocket-sized, hand-held container including a receptacle at least partially housed in an outer housing and a tray, contained within the outer housing and positioned around the receptacle. Preferably, the tray is sealed with a membrane. The receptacle is used to contain spent product. Preferably, the outer housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing. A lid in the upper housing slides open to reveal an openable window in the membrane. In an embodiment, at least one thumb ridge is located on the lid to facilitate opening and closing of the lid.

A pocket-size hand-held container for containing a supply of consumer items comprises a frame, a lid, and preferably a bag is disposed in the container for holding the items being stored. The frame includes front and back portions, top and bottom portions, and side portions, the frame forming an internal storage compartment that stores the items. The front portion forms an access opening for the storage compartment, the access opening being situated closer to the top end portion than to the bottom end portion. The lid is attached to the front portion to be slid linearly between fully closed and fully open positions. In its fully closed position, the lid overlies the access opening, and in its fully open position, the lid lies within the footprint of the container. A securement structure formed by the lid and the frame yieldably holds the lid in the closed position. The bag is formed of a flexible plastic material and includes an openable window situated behind the access opening.

The base part and lid part of a container closure joined by a living hinge have positioning members which engage to maintain the lid in a full open position or a partially open position short of the full open position. The positioning members flex to allow the lid part to be initially closed from an as-molded position beyond the full open position. A latch guide cams a latch into engagement to assure closure of the lid part.
