A drive assembly including a knob ( ) on the exterior of the container ( ) adapted for one hand manipulation slides a drive belt ( ) having one end connected to the applicator ( ) in the reservoir ( ) and the other end connected to a cover ( ). Operation of the knob ( ) in a first direction simultaneously withdraws the cover ( ) and propels the applicator ( ) from the reservoir ( ). An umbrella pump ( ) is mounted with the application ( ) and lifts cosmetics to a loading zone adjacent the wiper ( ), and carries cosmetics from the walls of the container ( ) to a pump zone lower end of the container ( ).
