An apparatus including a combined strap-length adjuster and strap keeper is disclosed for use with multiple embodiments of a strap-length adjuster. A tether is used in combination with the strap keeper. The arrangement allows the tether to not interfere with the positioning or movement of the straps and maintains the straps close to the strap-length adjuster and prevents slippage of the strap through the strap-length adjuster.

A device and method is described that can easily provide removable exercise bars from the angled portions of a structure and provide a pair of approximately horizontal bars for exercising. The method includes placing an attachment device having a pair of brackets onto co-planar and non-parallel support members. The attachment device brackets include opening for placing, removing, and securing the attachment to the support members. The height of the bars is provided according to the spacing the brackets and the support members.

A method of strap control and an apparatus including a combined strap-length adjuster and strap keeper is disclosed for use with strap-length adjuster comprising two rings. The strap-length adjuster includes openings that permit the attachment of a tether to the strap keeper. A caster assembly for a frame is described that permits a frame to be easily moved and placed. The caster assembly, which may lift a leg of the frame, can be placed or removed without picking up the frame. The caster assembly further includes a handle that moves a cam for engaging the caster assembly with the leg. A frame having at least one caster assembly is also described.
