The present invention concerns a device for the transfer of cryogenic product from a first floating structure () for storing cryogenic product to a second fixed or floating structure for storing cryogenic product, comprising pipes () configured to transport the cryogenic product between a duct () linked to the first structure and a duct () linked to the second structure. Said pipes () are rigid, carried by buoyancy means () and fluidically connected in pairs by connection means () suitable for transporting the cryogenic product and allowing at least one degree of freedom. The present invention also concerns a method for retracting a device for the transport of cryogenic product.

Device for the transfer of cryogenic products between a floating structure and a fixed or floating structure

The present invention concerns a system for the transfer of cryogenic product from a first floating structure () for storage and transport of cryogenic product to a second fixed or floating structure () for storing cryogenic product, by means of a transfer pipe able to transport the cryogenic product. The system comprises a transfer pipe, itself comprising at least three rigid sections of pipe (-) fluidically connected each to the next by connection means (to) able to transport the cryogenic product, each of the two end sections of pipe () having a free end configured as a tip for connection to a connection device of the first floating structure () and respectively of the second floating structure (). The present invention also concerns a method of fluidically connecting a device for the transport of cryogenic product.

System for transferring cryogenic product between two ships placed side by side

A system () for transfer of a fluid product comprising a transfer pipe for the fluid product having several sections, called first pipe (), and having an end provided with a coupling system () configured for the connection of the first pipe () to a target duct, and further comprising a support structure () for the first pipe (), comprising an inner branch () which is mounted on a base () and an outer branch (). The first transfer pipe () comprises a flexible section of pipe () having a proximal end () suspended from the support structure () and a rigid section of pipe () connected to a distal end () of the flexible section of pipe () and provided at its free end with the coupling system (), the transfer system comprising suspension means configured for rigidly suspending, at the location of a first end thereof, the rigid section of pipe () from the outer branch () via articulation means permitting rotation around a vertical axis and at least one horizontal axis.

System for transfer of a fluid product

A system for transferring a fluid between a fixed or floating facility for producing or storing the fluid, and a vessel. The system includes at least one hinged arm arrangement that includes an inner arm hinged at one end to a support structure, so as to pivot in a vertical plane, and an outer arm hinged on the outer end of the inner arm. The hinged arm arrangement further includes a rotary seal having an axis extending in a longitudinal direction of the hinged arm. The rotary seal is disposed at the hinge linking the inner arm to the support structure.

System for transferring fluid between a facility and a vessel

Methods and systems are for transferring fluid cargo between a first vessel and a second vessel at open sea in a Parallel configuration. The first vessel is equipped with a cargo connection point and the second vessel is equipped with cargo manifold. A tubular line is connectable between the cargo connection point and the cargo manifold. The method can include attaching a self-propelled buoy to the second vessel; connecting a cargo connection between the self-propelled buoy and the cargo manifold; connecting a cargo line between the cargo connection point and the self-propelled buoy; transferring cargo between the cargo connection point and the cargo vessel; and relying on the self-propelled buoy to keep the self-propelled buoy within predetermined distance boundaries from the first vessel also when the self-propelled buoy is attached to the second vessel.

Method and system for cargo fluid transfer at open sea

A system for transfer of a liquid, such as liquefied natural gas, from a ship such as a liquefied natural gas carrier and a floating or fixed production and/or storage unit. The system has articulated arms and has n degrees of freedom, generally six, provided by rotating joints. At least one of the rotating joints is located on the ship.
