A device comprises equipment () with a heat source, a cold part () relative to the equipment, and a thermal conductor element () capable of conducting the heat from the equipment to the cold part. The element () is such that, under certain thermal conditions above a given thermal condition, the equipment and the cold part are essentially thermally isolated.

Heat flow device

An equipment burn-in method, which includes the equipment undergoing treatment in an oven, the oven undergoing cycles including at least one temperature-rise and/or temperature-fall transition, for which ventilation of the equipment is cut off during at least part of a temperature transition of the oven.

Equipment burn-in method and system

The invention relates to avionics equipment including a motherboard (), at least one daughterboard () and, for each daughterboard, two supporting slides () attached directly to the motherboard and bearing the daughterboard.
