The method includes: detecting at least one invocation data item in a first loaded page loaded in the browser, the data item complying at least with one invocation data type registered for the at least one service; and invoking, in the first loaded page, the at least one service from the at least one detected invocation item.

Method for invoking an application service via a browser

The invention relates to a method of initializing a communications session between a plurality of terminals. According to the invention, the initialization method is adapted, as a function of capacity data for at least one terminal, to determine a set of at least one stream transmission channel to be set up between entities of a group of entities comprising said terminals, each channel being for setting up between a first entity and a second entity of the group either directly, or indirectly via at least one third entity of said group, and to transmit at least one entity identifier to at least one first entity of the group in order to set up at least one channel of the set. The invention also relates to a method of accessing a communications session, the method being adapted to receive at least one identifier of at least one entity with which at least one channel is to be set up and to set up at least one channel with at least one entity for which said at least one identifier has been received. The invention also relates to a server (S) and to a terminal (TA) respectively for performing the initialization method and the method of accessing a communications session.

Method of implementing a communications session between a plurality of terminals

A method and apparatus are provided for setting up a communications session between an instance of a web application installed in a terminal and a called entity. The method includes sending a first request for setting up a communications session between the application instance and the called entity, the first request being formulated in a first protocol; receiving a response indicating that it is not possible to route the first request, and sending a second request for setting up the communications session formulated in a second protocol.

Setting up communication between a web application and a terminal

A method for communicating between a caller entity and an instance of an application downloaded onto a user terminal and designed to be connected to a connection server. The method including obtaining an instance identifier of the application instance comprising a first and a second identifier, the second identifier being a pointer toward a host server and the first identifier representing the instance within the host server, and transmitting a notification destined for the application instance via the instance identifier.
