Fluid product dispensing head

A fluid dispenser head for mounting on a dispenser member, such as a pump, and including a bearing surface for actuating the dispenser member, and a spray wall that is perforated with a network of holes through which the fluid under pressure passes so as to be sprayed in small droplets, the dispenser head being characterized in that it further includes a suction chamber of volume that is variable, such that the volume of the suction chamber decreases when pressure is exerted on the bearing surface and increases when the pressure on the bearing surface is relaxed.

Head for dispensing a fluid product

A manual pump (P) having a pump body (B) defining a slide cylinder (F) for a piston (K) secured to an actuator rod (S); a pump chamber (C) and an outlet valve (V) arranged between the pump chamber (C) and a dispenser orifice (O) so as to dispense the fluid from the pump chamber (C). The pump includes an inlet valve () arranged between the pump chamber (C) and an inlet (I) of the pump (P) to take the fluid into the pump chamber (C) from the reservoir (R), the inlet valve having a movable member () that selectively bears against a valve seat (), a return passage () enabling a fraction of the fluid that is put under pressure in the pump chamber (C) to escape therefrom without passing via the outlet valve (V). The return passage () creates a lack of sealing at the inlet valve.

Manual pump

A fluid dispenser having a fluid reservoir, a fluid suction chamber of variable volume that defines an extraction and application space; a dip tube that connects the reservoir to the chamber at an injection orifice that defines an injection axis; and a suction mechanism for sucking, during a suction stage, fluid from the reservoir into the chamber through the injection orifice. The injection orifice is situated a little way inside or outside the extraction and application space, such that the fluid is injected in the form of an axial jet into the extraction and application space and fills it, at least in part, without the injection orifice penetrating into the space.

Fluid dispenser

A fluid dispenser member, including a chamber and an outlet valve having an actuator rod that is axially movable down and up, and on which a sleeve slides, under the effect of a pre-compression spring and the pressure of the fluid, over a maximum axial stroke. The effective axial stroke of the sleeve is dependent on the force of the spring and the pressure of the fluid in the chamber. The actuator rod includes side outlet mechanism that is suitable for being closed and uncovered selectively by the sleeve, the side outlet mechanism extending over an axial height that is greater than their radial width.

Fluid dispenser member

A fastener device for fastening a dispenser member on a neck of a reservoir, the device including a fastener ring. The fastener ring having reception mechanism for receiving, in stationary manner, the dispenser member; an annular plate for exerting axial pressure on the neck; and a fastener skirt that extends downwards from the plate, the skirt including a fastener mechanism for fastening around the neck. The ring is made of two different plastics materials, a substantially-hard first material and a flexible second material that is more flexible than the first material. The device also includes a hoop that, in the final assembled position, extends around the skirt of the ring with radial clamping. The flexible second material comes into contact with the hoop.

Attachment device for attaching a pump onto a tank neck

A fluid dispenser comprising: a fluid reservoir () provided with a neck () that is externally threaded and that internally defines an opening () that communicates with the inside of the reservoir, the neck () forming at least one helical thread (); a dispenser head () mounted on the neck () of the reservoir (), the head () comprising: a dispenser member (), such as a pump or a valve; a pusher () for actuating the dispenser member (); and a fastener member () engaged both with the threaded neck () of the reservoir () and with the dispenser member; the fluid dispenser being characterized in that the fastener member () comprises: a deformable and malleable skirt () for coming into engagement with the threaded neck (); and a rigid hoop () that is engaged around the skirt () so as to push the skirt radially against the threaded neck () in such a manner as to deform the skirt () against the thread () so as to create a thread imprint () in the skirt.
