Absorbent cicatrization dressing and uses thereof for chronic wounds

The present invention concerns an aqueous dispersion of multiphase polymer particles in which the polymer particles comprise at least two separate phases, the internal phase being formed by polymerization in the presence of a crosslinking agent, said dispersion further comprising a surfactant chosen from amino acid derivatives. The invention also concerns a film-forming composition comprising said aqueous dispersion of polymer particles. The invention also relates to a film obtained after application of said film-forming composition. This film dries very quickly, is water resistant, and has good adhesion, elasticity and breaking strength properties. The invention also concerns the use of said film for protecting surfaces of the skin or mucous membranes, wounds, injuries and/or skin disorders.

Aqueous dispersion of polymer particles, film-forming composition containing same and uses thereof

The present invention relates to an absorbent dressing comprising a breathable impermeable substrate () and an absorbent foam (), which is particularly suitable for use in the care of chronic or acute wounds. The invention relates to a dressing comprising an absorbent foam () and a protective substrate () that is impermeable to fluids, but permeable to water vapor, said substrate being formed by assembling a film () and an openwork reinforcement that is coated with an adhesive silicone gel () without blocking the openings in the reinforcement. In addition, the dressing comprises a non-absorbent web () which is disposed between the absorbent foam () and the substrate (), which adheres to the adhesive silicone gel coating on the reinforcement, and which adheres to the absorbent foam ().

Hydrocellular absorbent dressing, and uses thereof for the treatment of chronic and acute wounds

The present invention relates to novel solid emulsions, characterised in that they comprise a thermoplastic elastomer of poly(styrene-olefin-styrene) block copolymer type, an aqueous phase, an oily phase and an amphiphilic copolymer. The invention also relates to the use of these novel solid emulsions notably for the preparation of products for medical, dermatological or cosmetological purposes which come into contact with a wound, skin or mucous membranes.

The present invention relates to novel hydrophilic adhesive compositions, characterised in that they comprise a thermoplastic elastomer of poly(styrene-olefin-styrene) block copolymer type, a tackifying product, a liquid plasticizer, water and un amphiphilic copolymer. The invention also relates to the use of these novel hydrophilic adhesive compositions as adhesives for fixing any type of product, and notably products for medical, dermatological or cosmetological purposes, which come into contact with a wound, the skin or the mucous membranes.
