A fuel filler flap module of a motor vehicle includes a carrier, a fuel filler flap which is pivotably mounted on the carrier and is designed to be movable between a closed position and an open position, and a movement mechanism designed to move the fuel filler flap from the closed position into the open position and back into the closed position. The movement mechanism has a mechanical deployment element which is arranged on the carrier and which is designed to exert a deployment force acting into the open position on the fuel filler flap, wherein the movement mechanism has a motor-driven deployment means which is designed to push the fuel filler flap with an auxiliary force from the closed position up to an initial deployment position, which lies between the closed position and the open position, wherein the auxiliary force is greater than the deployment force.

A motor vehicle door lock includes a rotary latch which in a locking position encompasses a locking element that is pre-tensioned in a direction of an open position releasing the locking element. A pawl is in engagement with the rotary latch such that the latch is inhibited from moving towards the open position. A coupling section of the pawl is coupled to a drive element which moves the pawl between an engagement position and a release position, the release position allowing the rotary latch to move toward the open position. A force is applied to the pawl only in the engagement position thereof and the force application holds the pawl in engagement with the rotary latch.

Motor vehicle door lock

A solution that offers increased comfort for the user and increases the value of the vehicle is obtained with an assembly for a vehicle, having a carrier housing, which has a through-hole, a drive unit, which is attached to the carrier housing, a camera unit, which can move between a standby position and an active position and a protective lid, which can move between an open position and a closed position. An actuating element is movably coupled to the drive unit and forces the protective lid into its open position when the vehicle is driven in reverse and the camera unit is in the active position. The camera unit assumes a collision monitoring position when the vehicle is being driven forwards, in which position the protective lid is disposed in its closed position, and in which the camera unit is disposed at a monitoring opening formed in the protective lid, for filming the following or preceding traffic.

Assembly for a vehicle

The invention relates to an image capturing system with a camera unit for capturing images of the outside area of a motor vehicle, and with a protective element, wherein at least the camera unit and/or the protective element can be moved via a mechanism by means of a drive from at least a closed position (Ia) into at least an open position (IIa), wherein in the closed position (Ia) of the protective element at least one lens of the camera unit is located behind the protective element so as to be inaccessible from the outside, and in the open position (IIa) at least the lens of the camera unit is exposed for image capture by the protective element. It is essential to the invention that at least the deflecting element is arranged on the mechanism, the deflecting element serving to change the direction of force applied to the mechanism, thus allowing a compact installation space to be realized.

According to the invention, when the door is locked, a locking part () is displaced into a rotary latch (), which is first pivoted from its open position into a preliminary detent position. The rotary latch () is spring-loaded () in the direction of its open position and is usually supported on a catch () by means of an initial detent section (). The rotary latch () is then rotated further by means of a motor-driven closing aid with the aid of a drive mechanism () and an eccentric element (), until it reaches a primary detent position, in which the catch () rests on a primary detent section of the rotary latch (). To obtain a reliable lock that can be universally used, a toggle-joint lever pair () and a spring-loaded follower () are provided between the eccentric element () and the rotary latch (). One fixed end () of said toggle-joint lever pair () is rotatably mounted in a locally fixed bearing () and the other free end () is forcibly guided by guide elements () and simultaneously supports the spring-loaded follower (). The toggle-joint lever pair () is supported on a control curve () of the eccentric element (). The closing displacement is attained by the extension and/or bending of the toggle-joint lever pair. The follower then seizes the rotary latch () and propels it in a motor driven manner from its preliminary detent position into its primary detent position.
