A solenoid valve, for controlling a brake pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-regulatable hydraulic brake system for a motor vehicle, includes a valve element, valve insert, valve seat, spring device, electromagnetic actuator, and armature. The valve element is longitudinally movably positioned at least partially in the valve insert, positioned between the armature and the valve seat, and configured to interact with the valve seat. The spring device, in an assembled position, has a force component acting on the valve element in an opening direction with respect to the valve seat. The electromagnetic actuator is configured to act on the valve element in a closing direction with respect to the valve seat. The valve element has a contact surface operatively connecting the valve element and armature, and configured such that a central axis of the valve element and the contact surface form a non-rectangular intersection angle.

Solenoid valve for controlling the brake pressure of a wheel brake

A solenoid valve for controlling the braking pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-controllable hydraulic brake system of a motor vehicle includes an armature, a valve insert, a valve seat, a valve element, and a spring device. The valve element is arranged in the valve insert in a longitudinally displaceable manner and acts together with the valve seat. The spring applies a force acting in the direction of opening with respect to the valve seat to the valve element in the installed position. The valve element can be actuated by an electromagnetic actuator in the closing direction with respect to the valve seat. A magnet valve configured to control a fluid includes an armature with a base region, a casing region, and a head region. The flow path runs from a lower armature chamber to an upper armature chamber and back to the lower armature chamber. The head region of the armature has a flattened section, and the upper armature chamber is defined between the armature housing component and the flattened section. At least one groove is formed on the casing region of the armature starting from the base region. The at least one groove ends in the casing region before the flattened section of the head region.

A solenoid valve for controlling a fluid includes an armature having a base region, a lateral region and a head region. The solenoid valve includes a valve member connected to the armature. The solenoid valve further includes an armature casing component in which the armature is positioned. The invention relates to a solenoid valve with a magnet assembly and a valve cartridge having a pole core, a valve insert connected to the pole core, an armature which is guided within the valve insert in an axially movable manner between a closed position and an open position and is coupled to a closing element, and a valve body which is connected to the valve insert and has a main valve seat which is arranged between at least one first flow opening and a second flow opening. The axially movable armature, when the magnet assembly is energized, is moved by a generated magnetic force within the valve insert in the direction of the pole core counter to a spring force of a resetting spring and counter to a fluid force in order to lift the closing element out of the main valve seat; and to permit a flow of fluid between the at least one first flow opening and the second flow opening. The axially movable armature is moved away from the pole core by the spring force of the restoring spring and by the fluid force within the valve insert in order to press the closing element into the main valve seat in a sealing manner and to interrupt the fluid flow between the at least one first flow opening and the second flow opening.
