A sensor device for detecting rotation, having a position transmitter with a shaft element having first and second shaft ends. The rotation to be detected is introduced via the first shaft end. The shaft element contains a magnet element at the second shaft end, a sensor element for detecting the rotation of the magnet element, and a housing part with at least two sections are separated from each other. The shaft element of the position transmitter is mounted on the first section, and the sensor element is arranged in the second section. The housing part and the shaft element each have a first bearing portion shaped so as to taper towards the shaft end in the region of the second shaft end, the shaft element supported on the housing part on the first bearing portion in order to support the position transmitter on the housing part.

A method for detecting a phase angle difference between a first periodic measurement signal and a second periodic measurement signal, wherein, for the purpose of determining a torque applied to a shaft, the two periodic measurement signals describe a rotation of the shaft at an axial distance from one another including superimposing a periodic auxiliary signal which simulates a previously known rotational speed for the shaft on the first periodic measurement signal in order to form a superimposition signal, and determining the phase angle difference on the basis of the superimposition signal and the second measurement signal.

The present invention discloses a braking device comprising an assembled control mechanism wherein a first plug-in housing unit essentially containing the electronic components on one or more component support members, is plugged together with a block-shaped solid part on a first surface of the solid part for establishing a magnetic and electrical connection, with said solid part including magnetically operated hydraulic valves for the actuation of the brakes and hydraulic lines, and wherein the device comprises pressure sensors for measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lines at appropriate measuring points. The braking device is characterized in that the pressure sensor(s) is/are integrated in the assembled control mechanism.

Integrated pressure sensor module

A valve coil support, in particular for automotive vehicle brake pressure control systems, including at least one valve coil in a frame-shaped wall portion for mounting onto a hydraulic or pneumatic pressure control device which has at least one valve in a fluid channel that is electromagnetically operable by means of the valve coil for pressure fluid control, wherein the frame-shaped wall portion is closed on the frontal end remote from the pressure control device, and wherein at least one component is arranged within the frame-shaped wall portion for connecting the valve coil to an electronic controller. The valve coil is directed to a bottom which is connected to the frame-shaped wall portion and protects the valve coil after assembly of the valve coil support on the pressure control device against the effects of moisture, and wherein the valve coil for installation in the valve coil support is inserted into the frame-shaped wall portion exclusively in the direction of the bottom.

Electromagnetic valve support

The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic control and/or regulating device, in particular for anti-blocking and/or anti-slipping brake systems, comprising control and regulating electronics arranged in a control housing as well as a valve block connected to said control housing, whereby at least one driving means is provided for at least one pressure-generating element. A cavity associated with the pressure-generating element receives leakage fluid from the pressure-generating element and a discharge channel that is connected to the cavity is provided in the valve block. According to the present invention, a means is associated with the discharge channel, and said means prevents fluid from entering into the discharge channel.

Hydraulic unit

In a piston pump, in particular, for the pressure fluid conveyance in hydraulic, slip-controlled brake systems, comprising at least one piston, a suction valve and a pressure valve, it will be possible for the suction and pressure valves to be externally checked in that the suction valve and the pressure valve are formed on a structural unit adapted to be separately handled. Preferably, the structural unit comprises a sleeve-type section in which the piston is guided.

Piston pump

A pump, electromagnetically operable valves and at least one low-pressure accumulator are arranged in a valve block. The valve actuators are disposed in front of a base of the valve block opposite to an electric motor which drives the pump. The housing of the low-pressure accumulator is formed of an add-on piece which is deepdrawn from sheet metal in a bowl-type configuration. The edge of the add-on piece is attached in the mouth of a blind-end bore in the valve block. The add-on piece projects beyond the and has roughly the same height as the actuators of the valves. The actuators and the add-on pieces are covered by a housing cap on the valve block which protects them against environmental influences. The arrangement is extremely compact and permits achieving a relatively small and, thus, light-weight valve block.

In an electrohydraulic unit for pressure control in brake systems for automotive vehicles which includes mechanical, hydraulic and/or electric structural elements such as control valves, accumulator pistons, pump components and pump drive parts arranged in accommodating bores of a one-part housing, and with parallel accommodating bores for control valves disposed in pairs side by side in two rows in a housing surface, the control valves which are connected to the slave cylinders of one vehicle axle that have a volume requirement lower than the volume requirement of the slave cylinders of the other vehicle axle, and the accommodating bores of these control valves have a smaller diameter and are arranged offset from the middle of the row in the direction of a lateral housing surface.
