An instrument, a medical-endoscopic instrument or technoscope, includes a shank () and an instrument head (), which is arranged at a distal shank end of the shank () and is bendable relative thereto via a joint. The instrument head () includes a tool with two jaw parts () which are pivotable relative to one another and are coupled in each case to two pull cables (), for the control of the jaw parts (). These pull cables (), in the region of the joint, are guided around two deflecting rollers (). Deflecting roller pairs are arranged on both sides of a middle axis (A) of the instrument. Deflecting rollers () of a first deflecting roller pair have a smaller diameter than deflecting rollers () of a second deflecting roller pair.

Instrument, in particular a medical endoscopic instrument or technoscope

A drive arrangement for an endoscopic shaft instrument, preferably an instrument which is intended for use in connection with a surgical robot, has a drive arrangement that has an instrument housing () on a proximal shaft end. At least one housing shaft () is mounted in the instrument housing (). The shaft is drivingly connected to a traction device which is provided for controlling an instrument head on a distal shaft end. Furthermore, the drive arrangement has a drive unit having at least one drive shaft. The housing shaft () can be drivingly connected to said drive shaft. The at least one housing shaft () is oriented at an angle to the drive shaft () and the drive shaft can be drivingly connected thereto.

An endoscopic shank instrument has a tool carrier which is arranged at a distal shank end, is bendable relative to the shank and carries a tool. The tool includes at least one electrode which is conductively connectable to a voltage source via an electrical lead led through the shank. The lead is formed by a flexible circuit board in the region of the tool carrier and of the bending of the tool carrier.

Endoscopic shank instrument

A handle for a medical instrument includes an actuation element, which is arranged on the handle and which is displaceable into at least a first and a second functional position. The actuation element can be moved in a plane transverse to its displacement direction, in each of the first and second functional positions, for carrying out a function. A pivotable actuation lever is arranged in the handle, the actuation lever being coupled in movement to the actuation element for displacing the actuation element into the at least two functional positions.

Handle for a medical instrument

An endoscopic instrument includes a shank () with an instrument head () arranged at the distal shank end () and includes a tool with two jaw parts (). The jaw parts () are pivotable relative to one another and can be controlled from the proximal instrument end via a pull elements (-) led in the shank (). At least one jaw part () includes two curved disks (), on which the pull elements (-) engages in each case. Two curved disks () of a different radial size are provided for each jaw part (). The radially larger curved disk is arranged closer to the longitudinal middle axis () of the tool than the radially smaller curved disk.

Endoscopic instrument

A medical instrument includes a handle on the proximal end and a shank rotatably arranged on the handle. A tool is arranged on the distal end of the shank. This tool is rotatable relative to the shank. An actuation element is arranged on the handle. The actuation element may be moved into at least two switch positions, wherein in a first switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the shank and in a second switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the tool.

An endoscopic instrument includes a rigid hollow shank () and a tool () at the distal instrument end. The tool () is driven in rotation via a drive shaft (), which is guided within the hollow shank (). At the distal end of the hollow shank (), the tool () projects out of the hollow shank (), where it may be angled with respect to the distal end of the hollow shank ().

A stereo-endoscope is provided having a hollow shank with two axially parallel optical channels, which channels run through the hollow shank and respectively form at least a section of an image path to respective oculars of a binocular observation device arranged on the proximal end of the hollow shank. Moreover, the stereo-endoscope includes a camera connection, and one of the optical channels also forms at least one section of an image path to the camera connection.

A medical instrument includes a hollow shank and an instrument section arranged pivotable to the hollow shank proximate the distal end of this hollow shank. An instrument part is mounted in an axially movable manner in the pivotable instrument section. This instrument part, which may be a part acting in a direct manner on organs, tissue or the like, or preferably serves for movement coupling to such a part in the pivotable instrument section, is coupled in movement via a forcibly guided multi joint arm to an actuator, which is axially movably guided in the hollow shank

A medical instrument has a handle arranged at the proximal end, a shank extending distally proceeding from the handle, and a movable jaw part arranged at the distal end of the shank. The shank is designed to be rigid and includes at least one proximal bend region and at least one distal bend region, in which the extension direction of the shank changes. A section of the shank in which the distal bend region is situated may be rotated about the longitudinal axis relative to a section of the shank in which the proximal bend region is situated. The jaw part is rotatable relative to the shank about its distal longitudinal axis at the distal end.

Medical instrument

A medical instrument has an instrument insert and an instrument handle, which are detachably connected to one another. An actuation rod of the instrument insert is releasably connectable to a movable grip of the instrument handle via a locking connection. A blocking element is provided which blocks the movable grip when the actuation rod has been released.

A surgical suture instrument including a shank () on whose distal end a forceps jaw () is formed. The surgical suture instrument comprises a needle guide () through the forceps jaw (). A receiver () for the releasable fastening of a needle holder () is formed on the shank (), connected to the needle guide () on the proximal side of the needle guide ().

A medical instrument has an instrument insert () and an instrument handle () which are detachably connected to one another via a locking connection. A grip () and a closure () are provided for securing the locking connection. The closure () may be moved into an unsecured position by movement of the grip () as well as independently of a movement of the grip ().

A medical forceps is provided with a tubular outer shank, on whose distal end there is formed a forceps jaw with two jaw parts. The two jaw parts are each rotatably mounted on the outer shank at two sides opposite one another. A tubular inner shank for actuating the jaw parts is displaceably arranged in the inside of the outer shank in its longitudinal direction. The inner shank is coupled to the two jaw parts for their actuation via two lever systems. Each of the lever systems is linked to the two jaw parts, one lever system on each of the two opposite sides.

Medical forceps

A surgical instrument has a tool located at the distal instrument end, a stationary first grip part at the proximal instrument end, a second grip part adjustable in an axially guided manner in the form of a reel, and an actuation element for the tool. The actuation element in connection with the second grip part is axially adjustable on adjustment of the second grip part. For improving the handling of the instrument, it is envisaged that, by way of a lever system linked onto the second grip part and a stationary part of the instrument, the adjustment path of the second grip part is geared down and the force exerted onto the second grip part is transmittable, geared up, to the actuation element.
