A latching foot assembly for latching electrical components on a support rail includes first and second latching feet or members each including first and second resilient clamping portions between which the support rail is latched or grasped. A latching finger is integral with the first clamping portion of each latching foot. The first clamping portions of the latching feet are connected in interlocking fashion. The latching finger of the first clamping portion of the first latching foot has a support surface for supporting the support rail in a latched state. The support surface extends farther in the direction of the second clamping portion than a support surface for supporting the support rail in the latched state of the latching finger of the first clamping portion of the at least one second latching foot.

Multiple latching feet for electrical connector assembly

An apparatus for distributing current in a low-voltage system includes a plurality of disk-shaped modules that can be arranged adjacent to each other in a row and mounted or locked on a carrier rail. At least one supply module, at least one fuse module, and at least one distributing module are provided. The modules have at least one cross connector for a positive potential and at least one cross connector for a negative potential. The fuse module and the distributing module also have at least one additional cross connector for a potential that is protected by the fuse module.

Apparatus for distributing current in a low-voltage system

A mounting rail bus system for supplying power voltage and data signals to a plurality of modules, including a plurality of longitudinally-arranged bus devices mounting the modules in parallel spaced transverse relation on a mounting rail, each of the bus devices including a printed circuit board having parallel strip conductors for transmitting data signals, and a pair of power contact pins for transmitting a power voltage, characterized by the provision of a plurality of generally L-shaped double bushing contact elements have module bush segments for respectively connecting the strip conductors and the contact pins of the bus device with the associated module, and orthogonally arranged partner bush segments for connecting together the strip conductors and pin contacts of adjacent bus devices, respectively, whereby power voltage and data signals are transmitted from the bus device both to the associated module and to the adjacent partner bus device.

Mounting rail bus system

A housing for protectively enclosing a printed circuit board, including a base, and a pair of parallel spaced vertical housing side walls extending upwardly from the base to define a chamber that receives the central portion of the printed circuit board, whereby the vertical edge portions of the board extend outwardly beyond the corresponding vertical edges of the housing side walls, respectively. Vertical side members having generally U-shaped horizontal cross-sectional configurations are mounted on the outwardly extending edge portions of the printed circuit board, respectively, with the leg portions of each side member extending between the housing side walls and the printed circuit board, respectively, whereby portions of housing side walls overlap the side member leg portions. The upper end of the chamber is closed by a lid member that is fastened between the upper ends of the side members.
