Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for training a digital assistant with expert knowledge. An organization or individual utilizing a suite of software applications with a harmonized user experience may employ a digital assistant within the user experience to assist users when problems arise. The digital assistant may field questions and requests in informal and unstructured speech and text, analyze this natural language, and determine an appropriate response. The digital assistant may utilize existing suitable knowledge bases and leverage subject-matter experts. The digital assistant may learn from the expert's response to the user in order to apply the knowledge to a similar question or request in the future.

Train a digital assistant with expert knowledge

A system for an integrated support interface across multiple different software applications includes an integrated support user interface, an application connector and a first support integration module. The integrated support user interface includes received user input. The application connector interfaces with multiple different software applications and receives from at least one of the software applications an application context, a user role and a system context. The first support integration module maps existing received user input to at least one support ticket and enables a chat with a user operating on an internal support system and enables a search of a customer support system for information related to the support ticket, the application context, the user role and the system context for display of results from the customer support system on the integrated support user interface. The integrated support user interface displays the results.

Integrated service support tool across multiple applications

Example systems and methods of using and modifying hierarchical information are presented. In one example, a request for information associated with a topic is received from a user device. In response to the request, first topic information corresponding to a first hierarchical level and second topic information corresponding to a second hierarchical level lower than the first hierarchical level are accessed. Combined topic information is generated which includes the first topic information that is modified based on the second topic information. The combined topic information is then transmitted to the user device for display on the user device.

Techniques for presenting information on a mobile communication device to an employee of an organization include receiving an indication to present information associated with an organization to an employee of the organization; in response to receiving the indication, determining a current geographic location of the employee; identifying a facility of a plurality of facilities associated with the organization based on the determined current geographic location of the employee; retrieving information associated with the identified facility from a local memory of the mobile communication device; and presenting the retrieved information to the employee.

Various embodiments include one or more of systems, methods, software, and data structures to provide flexibility when configuring systems to new or different processes while not disrupting incomplete processes. Some embodiments include receiving input representative of a configuration change to at least one configuration setting and storing a copy of a setting of the at least one configuration setting from a current configuration to an historical configuration setting storage location. Such embodiments may further include storing the input representative of the configuration change into the current configuration. Following such configuring processes already initiated may be completed according to the copied historical configuration setting and new processes may be initiated according to the new configuration setting. These and other embodiments are described herein.

A short identifier can be generated for each of a plurality of data objects. Each short identifier can include a first portion characterizing a sort order and a second portion characterizing a composite component identifier associated with the corresponding data object. The sort order can characterize a relationship (e.g., grouping, etc.) among at least a subset of the plurality of data objects. After the short identifiers have been generated, they can be stored in a database to enable queries of the database containing a short identifier to return data contained within the corresponding data objects. A query of a meta-object facility repository that includes transient data being modified or processed in memory and persisted data can be received. Thereafter, portions of the received query can be executed on partitions associated with the persisted data and other portions of the received query can be executed on partitions of the repository associated with the transient data to generate a combined correct query result set. Handling of queries of transient and persistent data

In an electronic computing system, an instruction is provided as to whether to cache in a region of a memory of the system an attribute of a context if and when the context is accessed in a permanent storage device. When the context is accessed in the permanent storage, the attribute of the accessed context is cached or not in the memory region according to the instruction.
