An implant syringe includes a cannula, a storage element for receiving a solid material implant, and an outer sleeve with a radially projecting front gripping section which are axially movable together. An inner sleeve affords axial slits through which radial webs on the outer sleeve engage, and also includes a rod-shaped piston. The rod-shaped piston may be advanced through the storage element into the cannula such that a gap remains between the tip of the cannula and the head end of the piston. The cannula is rigidly connected to the storage element to form a cannula unit, that the webs on the outer sleeve are attached to an annular receiving member within the inner sleeve and that the cannula unit is insertable into the receiving member and is lockable therein, where a solid material implant can be inserted into the storage element.

Implant syringe

A cartridge system for delivering an aqueous solution made with a mixture of an active material and a liquid medium, where the cartridge system includes a bottle-shaped container and a pump fastened to a neck of the container, where the container is filled with the liquid medium. The container includes a cartridge and an intake tube of the pump sealingly inserted in an upper side of the cartridge, where the active material is supplied to the cartridge through the intake tube. The cartridge is sealed from an exterior by a piston or a stopper, where the piston or stopper is movably arranged in a wall of the cartridge and configured to enter into an interior of the cartridge under reduced pressure produced by the pump and opens to the exterior of the cartridge so that the active material is mixable with the liquid medium.

A method of manufacturing containers consisting of a substantially stiff outer container and a readily deformable inner bag of first and second thermoplastic plastic materials, where the inner bag is detached from the wall of the outer container, includes the step of the excess material is supplied again to the first screw conveyor, which mixes the excess material with the first thermoplastic plastic material and supplies it to the extruder nozzle, wherein the first thermoplastic plastic material has a lower viscosity in the molten state than the excess material so that the outer layer of the extruded tube consists only of the first thermoplastic plastic material.

Method of manufacturing containers

The method for manufacturing a container having a substantially stiff outer container and a readily deformable inner bag of thermoplastic plastic materials which do not form a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and holes in the outer container, wherein the method includes forming holes in the wall of the outer container at diametrically opposed positions, which lie on the intersection line of a plane defined by the base seam and the longitudinal axis of the container with the container wall and that a pin-shaped tool forces the inner bag through the holes by a predetermined distance from the wall of the outer container and thereby detaches it from the wall, whereafter a pressure medium is introduced through the holes into the gap between the inner bag and the outer container, which detaches the inner bag from the wall of the outer container.

Method of manufacturing a container

The stopper for a container having a container opening, in which opening the stopper, having an olive that is molded onto a head segment of the stopper, engages in a force fit, wherein a slide element is arranged in the head segment in a recess leading through the center of the head segment and is guided in lateral grooves such that said slide element may be advanced beyond the lateral edge of the head segment as a grip for removing the stopper from the container, is characterized in that a tension band is attached on the top of the head segment and connects the two longitudinal sides of the recess and covers the slide element with little clearance.

The container system having a container and a screw-on cap that may that may be screwed onto the container and having an olive that is molded onto the screw-on cap and that is positioned against an annular edge area of the container opening is characterized in that the olive is molded onto the screw-on cap such that it fits against the exterior annular edge area of the container in a sealing manner, and in that the outer annular edge area has a continuously smooth surfaces.

Container closure system

The container closure system, having a container for capsules, drag&#xe9;es, tablets, and the like, and a screw-on cap that can be screwed onto the container, is characterized in that a dispensing aid has a blocking element having a suspension device, and in that the suspension device is attached to the inner wall of the container and has holes for capsules, drag&#xe9;es, tablets, and the like, wherein the hole is smaller than the container opening.

A container comprises a substantially rigid outer container and a readily deformable inner bag, wherein the outer container and the inner bag consist of different thermoplastic plastic materials such that the outer container and the inner bag do not undergo a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and at least one pressure balancing opening in the wall of the outer container for balancing the pressure in the gap between the outer container and the inner bag when the inner bag contracts, wherein integrated into the layer of the inner bag, which is directed towards the outer container, and/or into the layer of the outer container, which is directed towards the inner bag, are microbodies, of a material which does not melt during the manufacture of the container, which produce irregularities on the surface of the layer(s) in which microbodies are imbedded.

Container with an inner bag

The device for separately storing a substance, such as a medical or pharmaceutical active substance, and a liquid, and for mixing the same prior to use, comprising a first receptacle containing the liquid, a second receptacle that contains the substance and has a bottom to be opened so that the substance passes into the liquid, and comprising a means that can be advanced in order to apply a force to the bottom of the second receptacle such that the bottom is opened, is characterized in that the second receptacle is a blister pack which is mounted inside or on the first receptacle. The substance is thereby sealed within a housing that has a preferably flat bottom and a substantially cup-shaped or blister-shaped upper chamber wall. The flat bottom is torn open in order to release the substance, with the chamber wall being preferably turned upside down through the bottom.

The method comprises the following steps: a) the container opening is sealed, b) at least one wall opening is created by drilling through or piercing the wall of the outer container using a drill, graver or needle, a pressurized medium being introduced into the gap between the outer container and the inner tube, once the wall of the outer container has been fully penetrated, c) the advance of the drill or needle is halted as soon as a predetermined first pressure threshold has been reached in the inner tube, d) the introduction of the pressurized medium into the gap between the outer container and the inner tube is halted as soon as a predetermined second pressure threshold has been reached in the inner tube, e) once the pressure in the gap between the outer container and the inner tube has been relieved, a pressurized medium is introduced into the inner tube through the container opening, in order to place the inner tube against the container wall again after it has been detached from the latter. The method allows the inner tube to be detached in a controlled manner with a high degree of uniformity from the outer container and to be placed against said outer container again without a significant inclusion of air.
