A sensor casing is disclosed that has an open receiving space which has a peripheral edge as a creep barrier at the open end. The receiving space is filled with a potting compound. The cured potting compound forms a concave surface with respect to the peripheral edge. A method for potting an open receiving space of a sensor casing of this kind is also disclosed. The peripheral edge has an outwardly declining slope which allows temporary overfilling of the receiving space during a potting process so as to form a stable convex potting compound surface.

A solenoid valve, for controlling a brake pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-regulatable hydraulic brake system for a motor vehicle, includes a valve element, valve insert, valve seat, spring device, electromagnetic actuator, and armature. The valve element is longitudinally movably positioned at least partially in the valve insert, positioned between the armature and the valve seat, and configured to interact with the valve seat. The spring device, in an assembled position, has a force component acting on the valve element in an opening direction with respect to the valve seat. The electromagnetic actuator is configured to act on the valve element in a closing direction with respect to the valve seat. The valve element has a contact surface operatively connecting the valve element and armature, and configured such that a central axis of the valve element and the contact surface form a non-rectangular intersection angle.

Solenoid valve for controlling the brake pressure of a wheel brake

A sensor arrangement includes a support component, a sensor element with at least two terminals, at least two plug contacts and at least two connection elements. The at least two connection elements are configured for electrically connecting the terminals to the control contacts. An inner chamber of the support component is filled with a sealing compound which forms a seal around at least the sensor element and the terminals, the plug contacts at least on the contacting region of the connection elements, and the connection elements. The sealing mass is covered at least partially with a film.

Sensor arrangement

A sensor arrangement has a support component, a sensor element with at least two terminals, at least two plug contacts and at least two connection elements for electrically connecting the connection elements to the control contacts. The support component receives the sensor element with at least two terminals and the at least two plug contacts. Connection elements are positioned and spaced apart from one another in the support component by means of spacer elements and separator elements. The disclosure also relates to a corresponding production method.
