A plate or check valve, for diaphragm pumps, including a valve chamber in which at least one valve seat is provided that interacts with a valve plate that is elastically pretensioned via outer edge mountings such that a closing body of the valve plate can be moved from a closed position, in which it sealingly lies on the valve seat, into an open position against the elasticity of the valve plate. The outer edge mountings have webs and connecting brackets which are connected to the web ends facing away from the closing body. The outer edge mountings are disconnected from one another and only engage on the closing body, each of the outer edge mountings has at least two webs that are connected together via a connecting bracket, and each connecting bracket engages behind at least one paired holding base of the valve housing.

Valve and diaphragm pump with inlet and outlet valves

The invention relates to a diaphragm pump () having a pump housing () on which a disposable cell () is releasably fixable, which disposable cell has a first and a second cell wall () which () define an operating space () between them, and having an operating diaphragm () which () is drivingly connected to an oscillating stroke drive and which () is releasably coupleable with the flexible first cell wall () on its diaphragm flat side remote from the stroke drive. It is characteristic to the diaphragm pump () according to the invention that at least one outlet port () in the operating diaphragm () is provided with a return flow obstructer or a return flow preventer for evacuating the dead space () arranged between it and the first cell wall () (cf. FIG.).

A positive displacement pump () with a pump head (), in which () at least one pump space () is provided, with a pump diaphragm (), which is associated with the at least one pump space () and which () separates the pump space () from a reciprocating drive.

A diaphragm pump () has at least two pump heads () arranged around a central eccentric pump drive (), the diaphragms () being drivingly connected to the eccentric pump drive () via connecting rods (). The eccentric pump drive () has a connecting rod ring () to which the ends () of the connecting rods are connected via elastic intermediates ().

Diaphragm pump

A diaphragm pump () having a diaphragm (), a solenoid with a movable magnetic armature () as a drive element for the diaphragm (), and a stop element () for adjusting the stroke for the drive element (). The diaphragm pump includes at least one elastic damper () between the drive element () and the stop element (), which elastic damper () has at least one compression chamber () which is surrounded and formed by at least one elastic boundary wall and by at least one rigid boundary wall of the drive element () and/or stop element ().
