The invention relates to a device for driving a compressor of a vaporous fluid, particularly an electric motor. The device has a rotor and a stator, which are extended along a common longitudinal axis, as well as an insulation element. The insulation element is designed as a single part and connected with a stator core of the stator in a form-fitting manner such that the stator core and the insulation element form an integral and single-part component of the stator. The invention further relates to a method for producing a stator of the device, particularly the stator core with the insulation element.

Device for driving a compressor and method for assembling the device

A device, in particular to an electric motor, for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid. The device comprises a rotor and a stator disposed such that they extend along a common longitudinal axis. The stator comprises connection leads developed as segments of conductor wires of coils. In a region of at least one end side, oriented in an axial direction, of the stator a cover element is disposed which is developed in the form of an axially oriented hollow cylinder with an inner surface and an outer surface. The cover element herein is with the inner surface in contact on an insulation element disposed on the stator and comprising a cylindrical wall. Between an outer side of the wall of insulation element and the inner surface of the cover element are disposed at least segments of the connection leads of the conductor wires.

Apparatus for driving a compressor and method for assembling the apparatus

A device for driving a compressor of a vaporous fluid, in particular an electric motor. The device includes a rotor and a stator having a stator core, arranged extending along a common longitudinal axis. A carrier element, which is formed having at least one receptacle element for a plug housing for accommodating at least one plug connector and also at least one clamping element for fixing the carrier element on the stator core as a coherent unit and one-piece component, is arranged pressing against a first end face of the stator aligned in an axial direction. The at least one clamping element is arranged on a side of the carrier element aligned in the axial direction and facing toward the stator core and having an inner side pressing against an outer side of an outer wall of the stator core, centering the carrier element on the stator core.

A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid, in particular an electric motor. The device comprises a rotor and a stator which are disposed extending along a common longitudinal axis. A carrier element is disposed in contact on a first end side, oriented in an axial direction, of the stator, which carrier element comprises at least one resiliently deformable pressure element with a contact region. The pressure element is developed extending with an extent in the axial direction and, in a mounted state of the device, is in contact with the contact region on a mating surface under resilient deformation. A method for mounting and a use of the device is also provided.

A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid, in particular an electric motor. The device comprises a rotor and a stator which are disposed extending along a common longitudinal axis. A carrier element is disposed in contact on a first end side, oriented in an axial direction, of the stator, which carrier element is developed as a coherent unit and integral component with at least one receiving element for a connector for receiving at least one plug connector. In the axial direction the carrier element is in contact with a cylindrical wall on an insulation element fixedly connected with the stator and comprises an axially oriented annular surface.

Device for driving a compressor

Device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid having a rotor and a stator disposed extending along a common longitudinal axis. The stator comprises connection leads implemented as segments of conductor wires of coils. The device has a plug housing for receiving a connecting element which is electrically connected with a connection lead of a conductor wire with a plug connector. Support element is disposed on the stator with a receiving member for the plug housing. Receiving member comprises a connecting passage and plug housing is slid into the receiving member in such manner and disposed in the receiving member such that in each instance one connecting passage of the receiving member and the connecting element for receiving a plug connector correspond. Plug housing is filled at least in regions with potting compound and connected with support element under hermetic seal. Methods for assembling the device are provided.

Sealing arrangement for guiding an electrical connection through a wall of a housing for a device for driving a compressor having an electrically conducting connecting element, guided through a conical passage aperture of the housing, which at least regionally is fully enclosed over the entire circumference by a sealing element. Sealing element is formed as a hollow truncated cone and disposed between a conical sealing facing of the connecting element and a boundary surface of the passage aperture sealing the connecting element against the housing. The connecting element is disposed having been guided through a connection passage of a receiving member for receiving a plug housing with a wall into the plug housing. A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid with the sealing arrangement and a method for assembling the device and use of the device are disclosed.
