What is described is: a spring-loaded connection terminal () comprising a busbar piece () which has a base surface () and side walls () emerging laterally from the base surface (). Mutually opposite side walls () delimit a receiving area () on both sides. The spring-loaded connection terminal () has a terminal arrangement for the terminal connection of an electrical conductor at an associated clamping point with at least one clamping spring (), which is operatively connected to the busbar piece (). At least one current bar () which is separate from the busbar piece () is introduced into the receiving area () of the busbar piece () and arranged in the receiving area () so as to form a clamping surface for the terminal connection of an electrical conductor.

Spring-loaded connection terminal

Disclosed is a spring force terminal connection () comprising a busbar (), a terminal spring () in the form of a cage tensile spring, and an actuation element () which is displaceably mounted to act upon the actuation section () of the terminal spring () such that a terminal point can be opened and closed. A bearing arm () extends from the direction of the busbar () through a slot () in the terminal section () and/or in the actuation section () of the terminal spring (). The section of the bearing arm () that extends through the slot () is arranged in a region between the lateral edges of the terminal spring () and supports the actuation element ().

Spring force terminal connection and electric device therewith

A conductor connection terminal () comprising an insulating housing () and comprising at least one spring-force clamping connection () in the insulating housing () for making the terminal connection of an electrical conductor is described. The spring-force clamping connection () has a base plate () and at least one spring tongue (), which is at an angle to the base plate (), is connected in a root region () to the base plate () and extends with its tongue end (), which is movable in spring-elastic fashion, in a conductor plug-in direction (L). The free tongue end () is spaced apart from the base plate () by a gap (). The insulating housing () has at least one actuating pushbutton (), which interacts with the tongue end () opposite the base plate () and has an actuating section (), which extends in the direction towards the base plate (), for deflecting the spring tongue () transversely to the direction of extent of the spring tongue (). The actuating pushbutton () has at least one resting section (), which is designed in each case at an associated tongue end () to rest on a lateral peripheral edge () of the associated tongue end () and to shift the tongue end () in the direction of the base plate () whilst reducing the width of the gap () when the actuating pushbutton () is shifted in the direction of the base plate () so as to open a clamping connection formed by the spring tongue () for an electrical conductor of which a terminal connection is intended to be made.

Conductor connection terminal having improved overload protection

A plug connector set has first and second plug connector parts, an unlocking part and a plate. The first plug connector has at least one first contact element and a latching lug. The second plug connector part has at least one second contact element. An unlocking part is used to displace the latching lug out of a locking position into the unlocking position or for latching to the latching lug and locking the first and second plug connector part to each other. A plate is adjacent to the latching lug and projects away from the first plug connector part.

Conductor insertion plug () having a grip section () and at least one conductive plug section () for insertion into a conductor insertion opening () in a spring force terminal () which has an insulating material housing () with at least one busbar () inserted therein and at least one clamping spring (), with the clamping spring () having a clamping edge () which is oriented at an acute angle in relation to an electrical conductor which is inserted into the conductor insertion opening () and, together with an opposite section of the busbar (), forms a clamping point for the electrical conductor, with the plug section () which is located outside the grip section () being formed, at least in a contact region which is intended to make contact with the clamping spring (), with at least two layers comprising a first layer () which faces the clamping spring () and is composed of a first metal material and a second layer () which faces the busbar () and is composed of a second metal material.

Conductor insertion plug

The plug-type connector with an insulating housing, with conductor insertion openings for inserting electrical conductors, which are aligned next to one another in a connection plane, extend in a plug-in direction and lead from a connection side into the interior of the insulating housing, with mating contact receiving openings for receiving mating contacts of a mating plug-type connector, which are aligned next to one another in a plug-in plane and extending from a plug-in side into the interior of the insulating housing, and with grooves in the insulating housing which extend in the plug-in direction. The grooves are arranged offset to the conductor insertion openings and the mating contact receiving openings and partially enter an interspace between adjacent conductor insertion openings. The grooves extend from the connection side to the plug-in side over the entire length of the plug-type connector.

Actuating device for an electrical connection terminal, wherein the electrical connection terminal comprises a contact frame, arranged in a housing made of insulating material, with a conductor terminal connection for an electrical conductor, and the actuating device comprises an actuating element in the form of a pusher which is integrally connected to the housing made of insulating material, and wherein the conductor terminal connection is formed on the contact frame by at least one spring element, the free end of which forms a clamping edge which is directed toward the electrical conductor and to which a clamping force is applied, and the conductor terminal connection can be opened by action of the pusher on the at least one spring element by a force being applied to the spring element by the pusher counter to the clamping force. According to the invention, the pusher consists of a pusher arm, wherein the pusher arm is connected with one of its ends to the housing made of insulating material, and wherein the pusher arm extends along at least a partial section of two upper surfaces of the housing made of insulating material which are arranged at an angle to each other.

Actuating device for an electrical connection terminal

In a plug-in connector (), at least one part of the busbar element () is in each case arranged in the boundary area between an associated conductor entry opening () and an associated contact pin receiving opening () in such a manner that the part of the busbar element () is located between a contact pin () and an electric conductor () and electrically conductively rests against the contact pin () and the electric conductor (). The busbar element () has a resilient contact area in the contact pin receiving opening () for electrically contacting the busbar element () by a spring force with a contact pin () which can be inserted into an associated contact pin receiving opening ().
