A disposable cassette, preferably for use in analysis technology, has at least one first part in which channel structures are cut out in the surface and a second part covering the first part in a sealing manner, with engagement regions for actuator elements being provided at pre-determined points. The first part and/or the second part are constructed of a rigid material and have a flexible material region associated therewith, with the rigid material and the flexible material region being manufactured in one piece using two-component injection molding technology.

Disposable cassette

The invention relates to a portable hand-held analytical device for analysis of a medically significant component of a sample, the device including a housing having a loading opening for receiving a replaceable drum cartridge containing analytical consumables, whereby the housing comprises on an outer side a dispensing opening through which the consumables can be pushed by means of a removal facility. The device includes a loading opening which is closeable by means of a lid, which upon closing effects a linear motion of a pushing part which moves the drum cartridge to a working position, in which it can be rotated about its geometric longitudinal axis.

Hand-held analytical device

A disposable cassette that is configured as a replaceable component of an analysis instrument has integrated therein a sample inlet and fluid paths. At least one container with a liquid, for example a calibration fluid, and at least one waste container are integrated in the disposable cassette.
