Tracking messages in a mentoring environment includes presenting to a reviewer a computer-based activity tracking form that is populated with data from an underlying relational database. The underlying relational database includes a content of e-mail messages addressed to an adult mentor and a content of e-mail messages addressed to a juvenile prot&#xe9;g&#xe9;. The underlying relational database also includes a status of e-mail messages between the adult mentor and juvenile prot&#xe9;g&#xe9; as determined by an e-mail interceptor. A status of an e-mail, between the adult mentor and the juvenile prot&#xe9;g&#xe9;, which has been intercepted by the e-mail monitor is displayed. In response to a displayed status indicating that the e-mail has not been reviewed, transmission of the e-mail to an intended recipient is blocked. In response to the displayed status indicating that the e-mail has been reviewed, transmission of the e-mail to the intended recipient is enabled.

Tracking messages in a mentoring environment

A processor-implemented method, system and/or computer program product for managing computer file storage is presented. A file, which is designated for storage, is received. Upon determining that the file exceeds a pre-determined size, the file is stored in a pre-designated folder that is reserved for oversized files. This pre-designated folder is protected such that any file stored within the pre-designated folder is prevented from being moved into archival storage.

A process registers a system management event in an application configuration database. Responsive to detecting the registered system management event during execution of one application of the set of applications, the process identifies applications of the set of applications associated with the registered system management event that are executing. The process then terminates the applications of the set of applications associated with the registered system management event that are executing. A method of and system for submitting inquiries to members of an organization determine if there is a pending inquiry to be submitted to the member. If there is a pending inquiry to be submitted to the member, the system displays the pending inquiry to the member. The system permits the member to logon to said server if the member responds to said inquiry. The system may allow the member to defer responding to the inquiry and permit the member to logon to the server without responding to the inquiry. If deferral of response to the inquiry is not allowed, the system will deny the member access to the server if the member fails to respond to said inquiry.
