Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine resource selection priority levels associated with available resources for sidelink signaling in an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band, the resources selection priority levels may be determined based on resource reservation information of the available resources, a time domain location of the available resources, or both. For example, a first resource of the available resources may be associated with a higher priority than a second resource of the available resources in resource selection. The UE may select one or more resources for the sidelink signaling from the available resources based on the resource selection priority levels associated with the available resources. The UE may transmit the sidelink signaling on the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band using the one or more selected resources.

Techniques for resource selection for sidelink communication in unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to transmit feedback information via a configurable quantity of interlaced resource blocks (IRBs) in one or more interlaces of a sidelink feedback channel. For example, the UE may transmit feedback via multiple IRBs of an interlace. The UE may determine which IRBs to use in accordance with a configuration, which may indicate a quantity of IRBs, a distribution of the IRBs, a pattern of the IRBs, or any combination thereof. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may determine to transmit feedback via multiple IRBs of an interlace that is different from a common interlace.

Sidelink feedback for increased capacity

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may transmit, in a first slot within a channel occupancy time (COT), a first communication; determine whether one or more transmission criteria are satisfied for transmission of a second communication in a second slot within the COT; and selectively transmit the second communication in the second slot within the COT based at least in part on a result of determining whether the one or more transmission criteria are satisfied. Discontinuous transmission in shared channel occupancy time for sidelink communication in unlicensed spectrum

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select, from an available resource pool, one or more resources for transmitting a packet on a channel. The UE may determine that a new shared channel occupancy time (COT) has been initiated on the channel. The UE may adapt at least one resource of the one or more resources for transmitting the packet based at least in part on determining that the new shared COT has been initiated. Channel occupancy time sharing aware resource selection for unlicensed CV2X communications

To facilitate efficient LBT sidelink sensing procedures, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided. An example method of a sidelink wireless device includes initiating an LBT sidelink sensing procedure including initiating an LBT timer to run for at least a minimum sensing duration in a channel. The example method further includes detecting one or more signals in the channel during the LBT side link sensing procedure. The example method further includes allowing the LBT timer to continue to run.

Unlicensed-licensed cross-carrier retransmission

Aspects presented herein may improve joint communication-radar system by providing a radar reference signal with GI-FMCW waveform. Aspects presented herein may be compatible with communication-centric waveforms and thereby may apply to UEs or network entities with minimal changes if specified. In one aspect, a wireless device transmits a set of communication signals. The wireless device configure one or more parameters associated with a set of radar reference signals for radar sensing based on the set of communication signals, each radar reference signal in the set of radar reference signals including a guard interval. The wireless device transmits the set of radar reference signals associated with the one or more parameters.

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a wake up signal to wake up a plurality of second UEs. The wake up signal may be based at least in part on location information associated with the UE, location information associated with one or more of the plurality of second UEs, or a combination thereof. The UE may further transmit, to the plurality of second UEs, the wake up signal. Accordingly, the plurality of second UEs may receive the wake up signal and monitor for messages from the second UE based at least in part on receiving the wake up signal. Transmitting and receiving group wake up signals

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may support superimposed NR and LTE transmissions using an antenna port, in conjunction with an LTE-aware, NR slot structure (e.g., an NR V2X slot structure). In some aspects, the slot structure may protect portions of the LTE signal from interference, increasing LTE decoder robustness to interference which may provide opportunities for increasing the NR signal power. The UE may transmit a superimposed transmission of an LTE signal and an NR signal from a same antenna port in a same radio frequency resource. In some aspects, the slot structure may be modified so that the UE does not transmit when LTE reference signals are transmitted, so as to avoid interference with the LTE reference signals. A receiving UE may use the LTE reference signals to demodulate the LTE signal and the NR signal from the common time and frequency resources.
