The present invention relates to a hub block () with two hubs (), each configured for connection with a branch pipe from a well. The two hubs are in line with each other. A flowline bore () extends between flowline inlet and exit ports (). The flowline bore () is intersecting and in fluid connection with two branch bores () extending from the flowline bore () and to the hubs (). Two valve bores () extend across the branch bores (). Furthermore the invention relates to a 2-slot inline block () with a hub block () and a manifold assembly of a plurality of 2-slot inline blocks ().

2-slot inline block manifold system

A dual header oil and gas industry hydrocarbon production manifold. A plurality of three-way directional valves separate fluid flow between a well side of manifold and a pipeline side of the manifold. Two headers include header bodies and header flow paths and a pipeline side couplings. Each of two elbow pipes, provide a flow path between one of the headers, and a port on one of the plurality of three-way valves. At least one T-pipe, provides a flow path between one of the headers, and a port on two of the plurality of three-way valves. A manifold body or any of its main parts may be hipped. A layout with such a manifold is also disclosed.

Compact dual header manifold layout

It is a pig launcher () comprising a pig magazine (), launcher mechanism () and a connector () being connectable to a fluid flow line. The pig magazine () is able to hold a number of pigs arranged side by side, control lines () being connected to the pig magazine in such a way that each control line () is able to provide control fluid to manipulate a pig. The pig launcher further comprises a pig selector () being able to receive source control fluid from one control fluid source line () and to channel the control fluid to one of a number of control lines () being connected to the pig selector, thereby being able to launch one of the number of pigs by means of the control fluid.

Pig launcher

A hydrocarbon production field layout comprising a first pipeline () with a first inner diameter and a second pipeline () with the first inner diameter. A cut off valve () with an inner bore with the first diameter, is arranged in a connecting arrangement between an end of the first pipeline () and an end of the second pipeline (). At least one dual main header manifold () is in fluid connection with at least one hydrocarbon well (). A first branch pipe () with a first valve () is branched off from the first pipeline () and a second branch pipe () with a second valve () is branched off from the second pipeline (). An umbilical termination head () for connection of a multi-bore flying lead or umbilical () to a structure (), the flying lead or umbilical comprising multiple conduits () leading to couplers () being arranged on a connector part (), the umbilical () being provided with an end fitting () onto which a bracket arrangement () is mounted, the connector part () being mounted to a bracket () of the bracket arrangement. A guide means () is arranged on the bracket () in such a way that an interacting guide means () on the structure () lead the umbilical termination head () onto the structure () for connection of the couplers () to corresponding couplers () on the structure ().

Connection system for a multi-bore flying lead or umbilical

An arrangement for metering the flow of fluid in a flowline or jumper for transport of hydrocarbons, wherein the flowline or jumper is subjected to internal and external loads and forces which are taken up by the wall of the flowline or jumper. A metering pipe loop is adapted for installation of a flow metering instrument, the metering pipe loop having an inlet and an outlet respectively connected in fluid flow communication with the flowline or jumper on either side of a plug effectively directing all fluid in the flowline or jumper into the metering pipe loop, whereby the flow metering instrument installed in the metering pipe loop is isolated from the path of load which is defined by the flowline or jumper.

Flowmeter arrangement for a flowline or jumper

A subsea umbilical termination assembly comprising: an umbilical termination head fixed to the end of a subsea umbilical; and an electrical and/or optical distribution unit comprising a base frame and several connectors mounted to the base frame, wherein each connector is electrically connected to an electrical cable of the subsea umbilical via the umbilical termination head or optically connected to an optical cable of the subsea umbilical via the umbilical termination head. The umbilical termination head is mounted in a space provided inside the base frame of the distribution unit.

Subsea umbilical termination assembly

A method for deployment of discrete lengths of flexible jumper pipes for installation subsea is provided, comprising coupling the jumper pipes together end-to-end thus forming a flexible train of jumper pipes, and winding the train of jumper pipes on a drum suitable for transport to a deployment site by a pipe-laying vessel. On site, the train of jumper pipes is unreeled from the drum until the first jumper pipe is lowered into the sea, then the drum is halted and the trailing end of the first jumper pipe is detached from the leading end of the second jumper pipe in the train of jumper pipes. The trailing end of the first jumper pipe is shifted to a lowering wire, and the first jumper pipe is lowered to the sea bottom. The process is repeated until the discrete lengths of flexible jumper pipes are individually lowered into the sea.

Method for subsea deployment of discrete lengths of flexible jumper pipes

A horizontal connection arrangement for subsea connection of a first hub arranged on a first subsea module to a second hub arranged on a second subsea module. The first hub is fixed to a first holding unit and the second hub is fixed to a second holding unit. A sliding unit is slidably mounted to the first holding unit so as to be horizontally moveable in relation to the first holding unit. A connector for connecting and securing the first hub to the second hub is mounted to the sliding unit and horizontally moveable together with the sliding unit between a retracted position, in which an outer end of the first hub projects beyond a front side of the connector, and an advanced position, in which the outer end of the first hub is received inside the connector.

Subsea horizontal connection arrangement

A subsea arrangement comprising a first subsea structure, a second subsea structure, and a clamp connector. The first subsea structure is provided with at least one coupling member which is designed to mate with a corresponding coupling member on a first side of the clamp connector so as to allow the clamp connector to be releasably connected and secured to the first subsea structure through these coupling members. The second subsea structure is provided with at least one coupling member which is designed to mate with a corresponding coupling member on an opposite second side of the clamp connector so as to allow the clamp connector to be releasably connected and secured to the second subsea structure through these coupling members.

Subsea arrangement

A subsea arrangement for connecting an end of a first tubular member to an end of a second tubular member, comprising a base structure, a landing structure which rests on or is configured to be fixed to the base structure using connecting members. The subsea arrangement further comprises a holding structure, to which the end of a tubular member is fixed and which is connectable to the landing structure by being lowered downwards onto the landing structure. The connecting members are configured to give the landing structure a limited movability in a horizontal plane in relation to the base structure so as to allow the landing structure to move horizontally in relation to the base structure and the holding structure, when the landing structure and the holding structure are guided into a correct position in relation to each other.

A connection appliance for connecting an end section of a first conduit to an end section of a second conduit that is fixed to a holding unit of a subsea support structure. The connection appliance comprises a base structure that is connectable to a base frame of the subsea support structure; a sliding unit, to which the end section of the first conduit is to be fixed and which is slidably mounted to the base structure, and an actuating unit configured to act between the base structure and the sliding unit in order to push the sliding unit and the end section of the first conduit axially forwards in relation to the base structure so as to bring the end sections of the conduits into contact with each other.

Method for protecting subsea installations against cooling which leads to hydrate formation, in particular during production halts. This is achieved by thermally isolating portions of the installation () against the surrounding water (), and particularly by completely encompassing the subsea installation () by means of a cap () which seals against the surrounding water (). The cap () comprises several elements of which each separately can be exposed to cooling and internal hydrate formation. The invention also comprises a thermally isolating apparatus, adapted for protecting subsea installations () against cooling, which involves a risk for hydrate formation. An apparatus () for implementing the method comprises a relatively tight-fitting cap () which encompasses at least two of the elements to be protected from cooling. Thus, the water inside the cap () is kept separately from the surrounding water () and evenly distribute the heat energy present under the cap () to all the elements encompassed by the cap.
