A tank filling device for a liquid container has a base body with mounting end to secure the base body on a liquid container. An actuating section is disposed in the base body interior and slidable lengthwise relative to the base body. A liquid valve is connected to an outlet opening for liquid and controls the outlet opening by being coupled to the actuating section such that the liquid valve is manually opened or closed by moving the actuating section. An air channel with air inlet and air outlet supplies air into the liquid container for pressure compensation. The air channel extends from the liquid valve toward the mounting end and has an air valve at the air outlet. The air outlet is provided between the actuating section and the base body and is a slot control valve formed by actuating section and base body.

Tank filling device with vent for a liquid container

A venting valve for a container for liquid has a valve housing having a pressure compensation passage connecting the container interior with the container exterior. A valve member is arranged in the valve housing and controls the pressure compensation passage. An air-permeable filter body is secured within the valve housing and covers the pressure compensation passage, wherein a face of the filter body faces the container interior. A filter element covers the face of the filter body that is facing the container interior. The filter element is a securing element for the filter body. The filter element closes off an opening of the valve housing that opens into the container interior.

Venting valve for a container for liquids

A carburetor assembly includes a carburetor () wherein a section of an intake channel () is configured. A throttle element and a choke element are pivotally journalled in this intake channel (). A first coupling element is fixedly connected to the throttle element so as to pivot therewith and a second coupling element is fixedly connected to the choke element so as to pivot therewith. The first and second coupling elements form a blocking arrangement which prevents an engagement of the choke element when the throttle element is not actuated.

Carburetor assembly

The invention relates to a fuel system of a portable handheld work apparatus driven by an internal combustion engine. The fuel system includes a fuel tank (), a fuel pump, a fuel line () leading from the fuel tank () to the fuel pump and a first suction head () which is disposed at an end () of the fuel line () at the fuel tank. At least a second suction head () is arranged within the fuel tank () and is connected in the fuel line () in series ahead of the first suction head (). The second suction head () has an external suction surface which is formed by a porous covering (). The porous covering () delimits a suction space. A guide is arranged in the suction space which guides the through-passing fuel flow at least approximately along the entire inner surface of the porous covering ().

Fuel system of a handheld work apparatus

A carburetor () has an adjusting element which is mounted in an intake channel (). An actuating element () is provided for actuating the adjusting element. The carburetor () has a coupling element for connecting the actuating element () to the adjusting element. The coupling element has a receptacle () for the actuating element (). In the receptacle (), the actuating element () is held moveable in its longitudinal direction opposite to the actuating direction (). The coupling element has an access opening which makes the receptacle () accessible at the periphery. An unintended unhooking of the actuating element () out of the coupling element is avoided when the access opening has an access slot () which extends at an angle to the receptacle () up to the receptacle (). The access slot () is connected to the receptacle () via at least one connecting slot ().

A blower is provided, and comprises a blower fan, a motor for driving the fan, a blower tube that extends from the fan, and a potential compensation conductor that extends within the blower tube and is connected with the motor in an electrically conductive manner.

An apparatus comprising a blower fan, a motor for driving the blower fan, a blower tube for conveying an air stream from the blower fan, and a potential compensation device that is electrically connected with the motor. The potential compensation device includes a charge compensation element having a free end that projects in an exposed manner into the air stream.
