The invention concerns a lighting system comprising a mounting rail assembly comprising conductors for mains supply integrated into the mounting rail assembly, and mechanical mounting fixtures for lighting modules, lighting control modules and/or other system modules, and a first wireless node module attached to the mounting rail assembly. The mounting rail assembly comprises at least one second wireless node module attached to the mounting rail assembly. The mounting rail assembly comprises a waveguide configured to guide wireless signals between the first wireless node module and the at least one second wireless node module.

The invention relates to a luminaire () comprising illuminants () for generating light, and a control unit () for controlling the illuminants (), and at least one further element (), in particular an operator control element () or a sensor (), for generating control information that influences the operation of the luminaire (), wherein the control unit () is configured in such a way that a self-test is carried out after a supply voltage has been applied to the luminaire (). Said self-test is carried out automatically and independently in an analysis mode of the luminaire (), wherein the control unit () checks the luminaire () for the presence and/or the functionality of the at least one further element (). Depending on the checking result, and the type of further unit () checked, the control unit () controls the illuminants () such that a temporally variable light emission () signals the checking result. Measuring devices () are additionally specified which detect the checking result by measurement of operating parameters of the luminaire () and present this information preferably by way of a display () of the measuring device (). A method is likewise specified which includes checking the at least one further element () and controlling the illuminants () by means of the control unit ().

Luminaire with integrated self-test

A luminous module comprising a plurality of radiation-emitting semiconductor components (), a connection carrier (), on which the radiation-emitting semiconductor components () are arranged, and a cooling body (), which, on its front-side surface, is connected to the connection carrier () and has a basic body () and also a means (), which is designed to locally alter the thermal resistance of the cooling body (), wherein the average thermal resistance of the cooling body () decreases along a main extension direction of the luminous module ().

Lighting module

An illumination device, comprising a basic body () having a cutout (), a reflector (), which is formed at least by parts of the cutout (), and at least one optoelectronic semiconductor component () arranged in the cutout (), wherein the semiconductor component () has an optical element () designed for directing at least part of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the semiconductor component () during operation onto the reflector (), wherein a radiation exit area () of the illumination device is at least twice as large as the sum of the radiation exit areas () of the semiconductor components.
