In a method for manufacturing lamination stacks of controlled height in a tool, starting material is provided as continuous strip delivered from a coil or as an individual sheet. Laminations are punched from the starting material in several punching steps to a required contour of the laminations. A heat-curing adhesive is applied onto the laminations prior to performing a last punching step. The laminations are combined to a lamination stack. The laminations of the lamination stack are partially or completely heated in a lamination storage. The adhesive is liquefied by heating the lamination stack to build up adhesion and then solidified. Curing the adhesive at the liquefying temperature or solidifying the adhesive in the tool by cooling and subsequently heating the adhesive to a temperature below the liquefying temperature is possible so that the adhesive does not melt but undergoes further curing resulting in higher temperature stability.

Method for the production of a stack of laminations

The invention relates to a method for producing lamellae for a lamellae package, wherein the lamellae are punched from a metal strip by at least one punching die. At least one part of the contour of the lamella is produced by stream cutting. The method is carried out such that the lamella is still held in the metal strip. The lamella is punched out of the metal strip by the punching die. The stream cutting results in clean cutting edges, which do not require reworking of the lamella. The device for carrying out the method according to the invention has a stream cutting unit upstream of the punching press which has at least one stream cutting head. A wide variety of lamella contours can be cut out of the metal strip with high accuracy using said stream cutting unit.

The laminated core () comprises laminations (), which are arranged one over the other and which are each connected to each other by means of a first connection (). In addition, at least some of the laminations () are connected to each other by means of a second connection (). By using two connections, the advantages thereof can be bundled, whereby the number and/or size of the connection points can be reduced while the requirement for the laminated core () remains the same or very high requirements for the laminated core () can be met or even increased. Advantageously, an adhesive is used as one of the connections (), while the other connection () can be a form-fitting connection. The adhesive () is applied to the lower side () and/or upper side () of the laminations () before or after the punching of the laminations (). However, the two connections can also be formed by two adhesive systems. Finally, the connections () can also be formed by at least one weld seam and additionally by an adhesive.

Laminated core and method for producing same

A stator/rotor lamination sheet for a stator/rotor lamination of generators and electric motors has spacers, wherein the spacers are monolithic lamination sections that are bent out of a lamination sheet plane about a bending edge and create corresponding recesses in the lamination sheet, wherein the spacers transversely protrude from the lamination sheet plane. A method for manufacturing the stator/rotor lamination sheet provides that a stator/rotor lamination sheet is punched out of a metal sheet; lamination sections are partially punched out out of the metal sheet; and the partially punched-out lamination sections are bent out of a lamination sheet plane of the lamination sheet to form spacers of the lamination sheet.

The stack of laminations consists of punched laminations (), which are bonded together by an adhesive agent. The adhesive agent is composed of an adhesive () and an initiator (), which consists of methacrylates, derivative imines and methacrylic esters. The completely cured adhesive bond has long-term resistance when exposed to a temperature of at least over 80&#xb0; C. The adhesive () is applied over the full surface area and in a contacting manner to one side of the lamination () and the initiator () is applied to the same side and/or to the other side of the lamination (). The initiator () reacts with the adhesive () when contact is made and establishes the adhesive connection between laminations () lying against one another. The adhesive agent may, however, also be an adhesive () that cures by itself when heat is applied.

Method for manufacturing stack of laminations

Lamination packs of a controlled height are produced in that laminations are punched with a tool and glue is applied partially onto at least one of an upper surface and a lower surface of each of the laminations without the application device that applies the glue contacting the laminations. Several of the laminations are then assembled to a lamination pack. Height of the lamination packs is controlled by interrupting the application of glue for certain laminations so that between some of the laminations that are stacked for assembling a lamination pack there is no glue.
